A comfortable atmosphere is an optionThe pillow is thin and not very comfortable to sleep on, it's best to replace it with a dacron pillow, it's best to provide bath soap, toothbrush + toothpaste (bath soap, toothbrush + hotel toothpaste which is available on the market at a relatively cheap price) because not all guests intentionally stay overnight. who stayed overnight because they wanted to rest from travel fatigue

There is a lack of communication between the hotel and Reddort, it is more likely to be Reddort's fault, if there is no cooperation, every customer who wants to make a booking should not be accepted... so that the customer and the hotel don't have a difference of understanding...

Have stayed here several times. Clean, only the door is broken, the air conditioner isn't cold enough, when checking out it's hard to find the staff.

Basically the accommodation is not bad, but we were disappointed with the service, our order via Agoda did not match our booking,We ordered 2 nights, 9 rooms, but when we arrived at around 1 pm the receptionist was confused because they said there were no more rooms, we asked for responsibility and finally we were given 9 rooms.On the second day, we were actually given 5 rooms with extra beds, for the same reason, the rooms had been booked offline, and there was no clear synchronization between online and offline.Obviously we are very disappointed, hopefully the management can take experience from this incident.

Very disappointed with it, booked for 2 days 9 rooms. On the 2nd day, we almost didn't get a room, we met the property owner and were told to ask for a refund from Agoda. Finally, after negotiating with the property manager, I was given room 5 plus an extra bed. management looks unprofessional. online opened, offline accepted. I hope no one experiences something like us.

This hotel is comfortable, but there is a problem after paying online, when checking in you are asked for additional money. Dear thousand darling.So I ordered at ag**da and immediately paid 175 thousand but when I checked in I was asked for an additional 25 thousand because the owner's standard price was 200 thousand/night, what a shame.I often stay here and order online but the new policy makes it uncomfortable and uncomfortable.
