Facilities for accommodation for large groups. It was a little lonely for two people to stay together. However, it was very clean and close to Mt. Hakodate, which was very convenient.I would like to stay here again when I travel. It seems that there is also a facility called Hakodatekan, but I was satisfied with the same cleanliness as that facility.Since it's a self-check-in system, I don't think it's suitable for people from overseas. Also, it is difficult to find because it is located on a convoluted road unique to Hakodate.

Although you get what you pay for, I never thought that every penny I spent could be exchanged for a 100% first-time experience of the ultimate shit feeling. Please don't make any small mistakes in his house, for example, if you need to contact him or ask for help, etc. Because the landlord is so enthusiastic before checking in and after checking out, you look like your wife of 50 years but he can’t wait to marry his next 18-year-old wife. The 360-degree reversal of attitude will make you feel it firsthand. What is it to be ruthless and cold-hearted like the torrential rain and snow in Hakodate in early January?

This is the first time I have given an Airbnb listing the lowest rating.I left my selfie stick here. I explained my loss to the landlord and told him the exact location of my loss, but he never responded to my messages and only perfunctorily told me for the first time that he had not found it, after I asked customer service to intervene. I don't think he was actually looking for my belongings because he never responded to my messages or even answered my phone calls.I was very disappointed to find that the host was very perfunctory and told me that I would need to go to Hakodate in person to retrieve my belongings. He didn't seem to care that I lost an important item on this trip and took no real action to help me find it. I'm very disappointed with his attitude. In addition to this, I encountered other problems. The hygiene of the property was less than ideal and the heater lacked warnings or any protection which resulted in burns on my arms. There were some glaring flaws in the room. At the same time, this landlord did not provide me with adequate support or assistance and made me feel very uncomfortable.Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at Tsubaki. I do not recommend other travelers to choose this property because the host's attitude and accommodation conditions are not up to standard.
