I stayed alone in late July. The building and appearance look old, but once I entered the room, I could feel that they had taken great care to keep it clean, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The road in front of the inn leads directly to the coastline. Walking on the breakwater on the beach and strolling around the residential alleys that give you a Showa-era feel, I didn't see many people and it was quiet and pleasant. The sandy beach in front of you looks great as a private beach. The main meals for both dinner and breakfast are fish dishes, so those who go for fish will be satisfied. If you are worried about the keys being uneasy or the tatami mats being scratchy compared to smaller accommodation facilities, you should go to a facility with a higher price, and you will be satisfied if you use it as a good guesthouse with delicious food. I think it's an inn.Next time I want to go in winter when Tateyama is covered in snow.

2024/01It seems that this is the closest inn to the disaster area among the ones whose infrastructure has been restored so far. A guesthouse with a shared bathroom and toilet. Dinner and breakfast included. There are no convenience stores or other shops in the surrounding area.At night, I go to bed listening to the sound of the waves. Although it is made of wood, the room is equipped with a kerosene stove and air conditioner, so you don't have to worry about the cold.On the other hand, the common spaces are quite cold.Especially when I went to the bath at the end of bathing time, the water was cold. If you go early, it will be warm (maybe it's not warmed by circulation?). The amount of hot water in the shower was so low that it was difficult to take a shower.Furthermore, there is no Wi-Fi at the inn. Also, perhaps because of the location or perhaps because of the earthquake, cell phone and pocket Wi-Fi reception was difficult, making it difficult to work at night.Well, I've written about various complaints about the infrastructure, but the dinner with plenty of seafood, mainly yellowtail, was delicious! Also, I don't have any bad impressions due to the personalities of everyone at the hostel. If you want to come privately, I think summer would be a good time.By the way, I have a cat. I've seen it several times at the entrance and in front of the bathroom.

I stayed there after swimming at the beach. The equipment is a little older. It's an inn with a lot of Showa feel, but I thought it was also nostalgic. The inn also has a restaurant, so whatever food we had, it was delicious. The owner of the inn was very kind and I was able to spend a comfortable time there!I would like to stay there again if I have the chance.Thank you very much for this time!

I used it during the magical Golden Week of 2020.During Golden Week 2020, people were strictly required to stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it was considered unpatriotic to travel, let alone go from the city center to the countryside.Almost 100% of tourist spots are closed, and there are few cars on the expressway, and if you are resting in a service area, there may only be about one car passing by every 5 minutes.I used it under these circumstances, and it was accepted without any difficulty. It feels like a so-called old-fashioned drive-in and guest house. The tatami flooring is not new, but it has been thoroughly cleaned and is beautiful.I was really looking forward to the food, but to be honest, there was more than I could eat. There were countless fish dishes such as sashimi, grilled fish, boiled fish, nuta, fried fish, hot pot...Everything was delicious.Breakfast is exactly the Japanese breakfast.Grilled fish, miso soup with natto, and even ham and eggs were served. This is one of the inns I would definitely like to stay at again.

I stayed here with a small dog. I was traveling to Himi for cold yellowtail, and I was really grateful that there weren't many places where dogs could stay. Everyone at the inn is kind and the host? I guess he was bright and friendly. As we were a late luncher, we had some left over, but the fish dishes were lined up in a row and were delicious. My husband seemed to like the bath, saying that the water temperature and size were just right and it felt comfortable. The ocean stretched out in front of the window of the room, and although it was raining unfortunately, it was a spectacular view for Saitama residents. I would like to use your hotel again when I go to Hokuriku, thank you very much.
