There were blood stains on the tatami mats in the guest room. The breakfast buffetNo matter what you eat, it tastes the same.It tastes bad.I wanted to try elaborate dishes. It's like frozen food straight out of a bag.

The room is big and clean. I like it very much. The oden for breakfast is delicious. The hot spring part is pretty good.

It has been completely renovated, and every room is clean and well-maintained.However, perhaps due to the price hike compared to the last time I went, there were fewer items on the buffet. That's a shame.Free draft beer after taking a bath is the best.

Since it is a route-in series, if you book from the official app, it will be even cheaper with discounts and coupons. You will also receive medals that can be used in vending machines (alcoholic beverages) for the number of guests staying. Best of all, I was able to check in by simply scanning the barcode on the app, so it was quick and easy. It also comes with a lot of d points. The room is a modern Japanese style that can accommodate up to 4 people, and is comfortable with an air conditioner, an outlet on the wall, and a USB port. However, the floor of the tatami area with futons is hard, so be careful if you have difficulty walking. Apart from the unit bath, there is also a toilet with a sliding door. The public bath was spacious and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was so strong that I was able to soak in the hot springs comfortably. The open-air bath is large enough to accommodate 3 or 4 people, so it feels space-saving. Personally, I was happy that there was a sauna and a cold bath. I chose this hotel because of the all-you-can-drink draft beer after the bath, so the beer after the sauna was great.Dinner is a buffet with all-you-can-drink included. Since it's not my first time in Toyama, I don't look for things that are unique to Toyama, but instead look for things that would go well with sake, but the selection was a bit lacking. I get tired of pork shabu in the middle. Breakfast was delicious with more variety and freshly made tamagoyaki. After checking out, I was asked to leave my luggage, leave my car in the parking lot, and take the shuttle bus to Unazuki Station on the trolley train. From the beginning to the end, the staff treated us efficiently, cheerfully, and with a smile, and we had a great time with our family.

This is a relatively large hotel located in Unazuki Onsen. It's a convenient hotel near the station. It seems like it has been renovated and is an old structure, but the exterior, interior, and guest rooms are very clean. However, the room I stayed in... I could see a beautiful view from the bay window, so I thought there was nothing to complain about, but unfortunately it was raining that day, and water was leaking from the bay window. It was leaking so much that I could hear it gurgling.I thought this was not good, so I contacted the front desk even though it was late...Is there anything I can do to change the room? That's what I thought, but nothing happened. Was there any damage? There was no voice... At this point, I felt it was impossible. Now, let's refresh ourselves and take a bath. There is also an open-air bath surrounded by rocks in a nice hot spring. It was raining, but it felt great here.If there wasn't a water leak...I would have liked to come again...but if you think about it as a customer service industry, the hotel's response is no good.I was expecting someone to ask me when I checked out, but I guess they hadn't informed me of the previous day, so it was a routine checkout as if nothing had happened.Although it was a good hotel, it was a little disappointing.
