It serves as one of the best hub huts in the Northern Alps, starting from Oritate and leading to Kumonodaira and Takamagahara via Mt. Yakushi, Mt. Kurobegoro, and Yakushizawa.During the summer mountain peak season, I use the Yakushi Pass campsite, which is about 20 minutes from the hut. Although it allows over 100 tents, it doesn't feel too crowded, and there are plenty of water holes, so you can spend your time comfortably. We sincerely hope that the morale of our users will continue in the future.During the off-season when the mountain is about to close, you will stay in a hut.The meals provided are perfect, and what is especially noteworthy is the abundance of self-catering facilities. It's a great place to have a conversation after dinner, whether you're cooking for yourself or not.Even for those who do not stay overnight in the hut, it has become an indispensable oasis, offering a shop, a la carte menu, and gathering information on climbing. One aside. When you enter the mountain from Oritate, about an hour into the climb, you will be greeted by a signboard of Arale-chan (Doctor Slump), but for some reason it had been removed. However, very recently, someone like Banksy? had been revived.I don't know the circumstances behind the posting, but as far as I know, for over 20 years, one hour from Oritate = Arale-chan has been the benchmark for me, so I'm glad that it's back. There may be pros and cons as to whether it suits the scenery or not, but as someone who loves the mountain path from Oritate to Taro-daira, I support its revival.

The first hut you climb from Oritate, it is conveniently located as a base for visiting Mt. Yakushi, Mt. Kurobegoro, and Kumonodaira. Water is relatively plentiful and there is running water from a spring outside, which is convenient for washing towels and shoes. The room is spacious enough with bunk beds. From in front of the hut, you can see Mt. Yakushi, Mt. Kurobegoro, etc. beautifully.

It seems like everyone's posts so far have been deleted.Personally, I would like to remember what happened in 2022 and write about it again, but for now I'll just give a quick evaluation of that time.Remembering the article, you may not be able to see any improvement unless you keep it on your own device and check regularly to make sure it hasn't been deleted.Since it's a mountain hut in the outback, I think the higher prices are of course acceptable, but the poor customer service makes me think they need to be educated or change the members💦I would like to maintain a condition where even just the tent site can be used, but I wonder if there will be honest operators. .Please don't forget to keep it on hand!

240809Submit your plan here. Taro Ramen is famous. Many people were eating. I was intrigued, but I didn't take a break because I was already in front of the campsite.

The price of draft beer has gone up, but I think they have continued to offer it without raising the price.
