I went in the summer. Although it is a large inn, it is run by family members and has a very homely feel, giving you a sense of security and comfort as if you were coming back to your parents' home. A large dog (Sachi-kun) is also welcome, and the sense of security and comfort is obvious just by looking at the way Sachi-kun sleeps. The proprietress is very particular about the rice, using seasonal vegetables and carefully selected meats to fill you up both morning and night. The room is relatively clean and there is nothing around so it is very quiet. If you have any trouble, just ask the staff and they will kindly guide you. He will teach you how to enjoy Nagano in any season, such as tent saunas, skiing, and touring.I went there in summer.A large inn, but you feel security and the coziness which came back to the parents' house, because it is by relative management. There is a big dog (His name is "Sachi") and security and the coziness are clear at a glance if you see sleeping posture of Sachi. A proprietress is particular about meals, so they are great using seasonal vegetables or selected meat in the morning and night, too. The room is relatively beautiful and very quiet because there is nothing around. Every staff will tell you kindly what you want to know. a tent sauna, motorcycle touring, ski, they will tell how to enjoy in Nagano to a ski regardless of a season.

We used it as a summer ski camp. Ski simulator Skytech. A two-hour coach for four people costs 8,800 yen per person. I was able to train very efficiently by using only the hip joints to make the squares. You can feel the changes while checking the positioning that allows for easy internal and external rotation of the hip joint. It doesn't change that much on snow, and you can't really feel your progress. It's an amazing machine. I also experienced the importance of coaching.Separate accommodation fee is 14,000 yen for one night and two meals. Shiga Kogen Beer has a complete lineup. The signboard dog Sachi is cute♪Walking at night during the time when you can see fireflies feels cool and comfortable at an altitude of over 1,600 meters. I could see the fireflies and stars clearly, and it felt like something out of the ordinary. We will also use it.

It's a wonderful accommodation with a homely atmosphere. Simulators are harder and more tiring than they look.

Highly recommended for a truly authentic family run ryokan experience! The family is fantastic! The service is, as expected from Japanese hospitality, impeccable! You’ll be amazed! They literally take care of you completely! You never have to worry about anything! There is very good ski equipment for rent, they provide shuttle service to the many ski resorts around. Their onsen is very warm and clean. The tatami rooms are huge and spotless! Their food is heavenly! The family members who run the place seem to appear out of nowhere like magic to cater to your every need and even pop up at the ski resort to guide you! I cannot heap enough praises on this ryokan and the family! They made my stay incredibly memorable! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality!

Great place to stay if you are planning to ski around. Many Ski resorts are at a drivable distance. The staff is very hospitable and cheerful. What I loved was that they cooked delicious vegetarian meals for our group of around 15 people.

I was only able to stay for one night due to family circumstances, but the room was clean and the dinner was delicious. The grasshopper tsukudani was a little on the side. . But when I ate it for the first time, it was just plain tsukudani. It's a good location as a base from Kumanoyu to Mt. Yokote.

We had a fantastic stay at Sachinoyu. The hotel is run by an exceptionally friendly, kind and accommodating family - they helped us with absolutely everything we needed which made our time in Shigakogen such a good experience.Great location close to the Kumanoyu and Yokoteyama resorts. The hotel offers a shuttle service which made getting to and from the slopes extremely convenient for us. We were also able to rent ski gear from the hotel which again made everything hassle free for us! The onsen was such a treat after coming back cold from skiing! Not to mention the gorgeous lavender toiletries that helped us to unwind and relax! Beds are super comfortable. The food was great - it is very clear that the staff put a lot of hard work and effort into each meal. They were also very accommodating with my dietary requirements.
