I visited the other day on my birthday. This is my third visit. The first time will be on the same day in 2021, and the second time will be at the end of March 2022. On my first visit, I felt that the entire building including the art, the hot springs, the food, and the hospitality were unique, so I chose this place for my second and third time and was looking forward to it.I am writing this review because I feel that the quality of the service has decreased every time I come, and this time it has gotten even worse.First of all, I think that the recent high prices and lack of staff are problems that all hotels have, such as no pick-up service upon arrival, welcome drink food, and cost cuts on amenities, but I felt that this was a problem.I was shocked to find that the food at Tresonnier, which I was looking forward to more than anything, was completely different from before. I'm sure the contents and ingredients change with the seasons, but I felt like the creator had changed. It was a shame that there was no sommelier. Then, at breakfast, I was given a private room, which I thought was a good idea, but I couldn't see the view at all, and even though I wanted to see what was going on outside through the gap in the private room, the food was served completely facing the wall. There was a wall in front of me so it wasn't interesting at all. And like dinner, personally, the previous one was better. When I checked out, the woman at the front desk smiled and said, "Thank you," but she didn't show me off. It's true that there was only one woman at the front desk, so maybe it can't be helped, but I thought it was too much, including when I arrived. Don't get me wrong, it's not that the woman is bad. When I first came here, a gecko came out from under the chair in my room, and on my second visit, I found a used toothbrush in the bathroom of my room, and I had a food allergy. There was a complaint, but the reason I didn't write about it here was because I had the advantage of overturning it.Prices are high all over the world, so I thought it would be better to raise prices rather than lower quality and be disappointed. If you truly feel value, I think customers will stay even if the price goes up a little. High prices and labor shortages are the same everywhere. If the quality of the service deteriorates, then isn't it just a lack of ingenuity and thought?Although this inn is far from where I live, it has a charm that can only be found here, so I took the time and money to come here three times. But this trip made me feel so sad and lonely that I don't think I will visit again. Thank you very much for everything.

The inn is like a museum. Both the building and the exhibits inside are sure to please. The room and the view from the window are amazing and will make you forget your daily busyness. Welcome drink, dessert, drinks in the refrigerator, Yao milk after bath, coffee milk, I enjoyed all the lounge time. The bed mats are great. I slept soundly. The rice was also really delicious. thank you very much.

I chose French for dinner. The dishes made with seasonal vegetables and local produce were truly amazing, and the wine pairings were also great. I would love to go again in a different season.

It was my first time visiting. ``River Retreat Garaku Club'' where a bright red object named ``Encounter'' welcomes you. Everything about this luxury hotel was beyond my imagination!Beautiful views of the Jinzu River from the entrance lobby, guest rooms, and large public bath on the B1F! The river is wide, and watching the slow flow of the river refreshes your soul. The two saunas in the spa are also excellent. In particular, the temperature of the ``Medicinal Herbal Steam Sauna'' is around 70 degrees Celsius, and you can stay there for a long time as you can slowly feel the medicinal herbs all over your body while being soothed by the scent of herbs. The dry sauna also has a good temperature of just over 90 degrees Celsius. It's not a ro-ryu, it's a ``war-ryu,'' and when you sprinkle water on a wooden board, a fluffy steam rises and the scent of wood spreads out.It feels so good to have a carbonated water bath! The open-air bath, sauna, and cold bath were so comfortable that I could stay there for hours. My skin becomes so smooth that I can't help but touch it over and over again! Although I wasn't able to do it this time, I would definitely like to try a spa treatment next time!I have always loved Toyama and have visited it several times.I'm so happy to have found such a different world just 30 minutes away by car from Toyama Station ❤️Next time, I would like to stay for 2 nights and enjoy hotel life to the fullest!

Both the view and the bath are wonderful.I only had breakfast, and the restaurant was under renovation, so I didn't really eat there. The quality of the hot springs was very good and it was wonderful.I went with my mother, and she raved about it and said she wanted to go again.
