The Korean boss (female) is kind and easy to get along with! Good living experience.The room is on the 3rd floor. Except that there are no slippers in the room, the CP value is very high.

It has everything you need, and the room is easy to use.However, it's almost unmanned, so you can't leave your luggage there before check-in, and you can't call someone if you have a problem. (Everything is self-service, so you will be in trouble if you run out of supplies)Also, I can hear all the noise from the hallway, so I can't sleep if someone is using the hair dryer late at night...There's only one bathroom and one toilet, so it gets crowded.It's inconvenient not to have slippers when going to the bathroom...

I really enjoyed my stay in Minshuku Urbanly. The location is near to the station and the Castle so it is very convenient. The staff is friendly and straightforward and can communicate in english very well.If you go with your partner, the room's price becomes really cheap, 8.000 yen the night. The place is very clean and well equiped.The central part of Matsumoto is also very near so you can go to eat at night and will be just 10 minutes away from the hotel.Recommended 100%.

There are 3-4 rooms on the 3rd floor, not crowded with people. There is only 1 bathroom and shower room, but it is sufficient for use. Quiet accommodation The room is spacious and clean enough, has a TV, air conditioning, and the owner provides very good service. Recommended to use the service

Both the rooms and common spaces were clean. Check-in is a little difficult to understand, but I feel comfortable and satisfied. I had breakfast, and the mother's service spirit made me feel really full! Considering the price, I think it was enough.

I rented a room on the third floor of the building. There is an internal key and an external key at the entrance, so you can rest assured. I rented a small room, and there was only one bed and one futon for two people, but it would be fine for three people, or one more child. Free Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, and two types of towels are provided in the room. There is a shared shower room, fairly large bath, toilet, sink, and washing machine, but it is easy to use. Best of all, it costs 4,500 yen for two people for one night on the weekend. It was cheap. The first floor is a Korean restaurant. I didn't end up eating here, but it feels like a restaurant run by a friendly mom. It's near the station, so there are many places to eat within a short walk. There is also a convenience store. If you're looking to stay at a nice hotel, this is definitely not it. If you're planning on staying at a cheap business hotel, I think this is definitely better. I was also able to pay by card. I gave it 4 stars, but personally I would give it 6 stars!
