It was my first time at Asama Onsen. For us in our 50's, it was the perfect accommodation.Thank you for your kind response. The food is delicious, the baths are nice,It was good to eat in the room, and it was also good to eat at the table. It was also nice to have a bed instead of a futon. The selection of sake was also very good.It was a relaxing and quiet inn.

I stayed in a special room.I went to Golden Week, but there weren't many rooms, so I felt like I was able to spend a relaxing time. Not suitable for people who want to have fun💦Overall, the meals are small and recommended for women and people who are not carnivores.

I forgot the free drinks in the refrigerator, so I'm sorry, but could you please send them to me? When I contacted them, I was told that they could not do it after checking out. …

This accommodation is not suitable for people with allergic rhinitis and small children.Of course, I was fully aware that if a child made a noise, an adult would have to pay attention and keep an eye on them, and that's what I did, but if a child made a little noise or cried, the landlady would come running. , I was warned in a sarcastic way. However, after 10 p.m., no one seemed to be paying attention to the adults in other groups making noise or making loud footsteps.By the way, my child sleeps from 9pm to 6am and is not noisy during the night hours. If you can't turn a blind eye to small children making a little noise, I'd like you to let them know at the time of reservation in the first place, such as by writing a warning that children are not allowed. And it's dusty anyway. The inn is said to be somewhat old and has a long history, so I was looking forward to making the reservation, but the moment a member of my family with allergic rhinitis arrived at the inn, perhaps due to the lack of cleaning. I couldn't stop sneezing. I managed to get better by taking the medicine I had brought with me.Even though I was sneezing so much, I felt that the hostel was inconsiderate and didn't show any signs of concern. However, the young part-time employees were very kind and made me feel comfortable.Anyway, it was an inn that had problems with the hostess's response and cleanliness.I won't be visiting again.

I stayed in a small room.Anyway, the food was wonderful. The person who brought the meals to us was also young, but he was cute, relaxed, and had fun.Feel the dignity of the historical exhibits, and be soothed by the small garden and private bath.I was impressed by the courteous customer service of the proprietress and the landlady. When I visit again, I want to play with Kou-chan.The local cats were also cute.

It was difficult for the staff to carry my luggage since there were so many stairs. I can't be a repeat customer.
