On the 12th, 8 people from 3 generations used room 410. The room was very clean and the hot spring in the room was so pleasant that I took a bath many times. The room was large and could accommodate 8 people comfortably. The soba noodles and premium beef for dinner were very delicious and everyone was very satisfied. We all enjoyed the birthday cake we had ordered for my father in advance. My father also received a message card from the staff, which made him very happy. The young man in charge at dinner and the woman at the front desk on the way home were very nice. We were able to spend a wonderful time, and I am filled with gratitude from the bottom of my heart for the warm and wonderful response. I would like to stay there again sometime.

It was a nice stay. The room seemed old, but it felt clean, probably because the plumbing and other areas had been renovated. It was well built and I didn't have any concerns about surrounding noise. The room does not have a bath. Comes with a humidifying air purifier. For dinner, the Shinshu beef steak was especially delicious. Although the triangle meat is lean, it is soft and has a strong umami flavor, allowing you to enjoy the natural flavor of the meat. The sirloin had an elegant sweetness of fat, flavor, and soft texture. The other appetizers, such as the taro manju and the Shinshu beef shigureni, were elaborately designed and I really enjoyed them. The breakfast was also delicious. The bath has a circulating filtration system, but I didn't notice much of a chlorine smell, probably because there was plenty of hot water. It's a simple alkaline hot spring, so it's a little slippery, and your skin will be smooth when you get out of the bath.I wonder if there are fewer rooms? It wasn't that crowded. The outdoor private open-air bath is located outside from the changing room. It has one washing area. There is no hair dryer etc. Spring and autumn are very pleasant, but winter is cold. The parking lot is a short walk from the hotel.I was able to stay there once a year on the day of the Torch Festival, which is known as one of Japan's three most bizarre festivals. The torch parade happened just at dinner time, so we didn't get to see the burning torches, but we did see some beautiful fireworks.

I stayed one night with my mother, son and wife, and grandson. Warm and attentive service. The food is delicious and the portions are large. My elderly mother and I have a bed room, and my son and his wife have a 0-year-old grandchild, so we have a tatami room. Please listen to my detailed requests via email in advance. This price is Hanamaru for this accommodation + food + service! ! ❣️It has the feel of an old-fashioned hot spring inn turned hotel. I would like to use it again next time.

It was located at the entrance of Asama Onsen, right next to the Matsumoto community bus. The quality of the spring water is gentle and the public bath is also very clean. It was a room with an open-air bath, but it also had a massage chair, which was great. The hair dryer and shower head are refurbished. Also, all the dishes are delicious and perfect. The salt-grilled char was especially delicious. It's also nice to be able to eat slowly in a private room. At the time of check-out, the landlady greeted each customer one by one. We weren't able to say hello due to the timing being off, but we were moved when he came out to the bus stop and waved us off. I could feel that this attitude permeated every employee. It was a wonderful trip thanks to you.

I often use the private baths on day trips from within the prefecture. I received such a response when I called to inform them that the jet bath bed bath was no longer available for day trip bathers.I was very disappointed because I liked it the most.

This is the second timeI stayed there from September 18th to 19th☺I was in a wheelchair, so it was nice to have a barrier-free room. There is a hot spring with a lift that makes it very slippery. For dinner, the A5 rank Shinshu beef melted in my mouth ☺☺☺The soba, tempura, and white rice were all very delicious.I would like to go again next year
