However, I still come here every year. In fact, I can't calm down unless I go.After all, the sunset over the Northern Alps is spectacular. The attentiveness of the female owner and the clean and well-maintained facilities, even though they are old, are very comfortable.There are also cottages, which are enjoyed by people who don't camp there.Nature, minimal equipment, harsh natural environment...I really like this campsite.

Due to its high altitude, it is cool even in summer.The staff are very kind and likable.The stars are very beautiful at night.

This was my first time at a campsite where I could see such a distant view.The sites are terraced and have a sense of independence, and there are no unnecessary lights, so I was able to enjoy nature to the fullest.I wonder why it's so empty (lol)

(You can use the Azalea line!)It is located at an altitude of 1500 meters in the majestic mountains of Nagano. The campsite has been thinned to a suitable extent, allowing light to shine through and it is bright even though it is in the forest. Although there is a considerable slope within the area, the ground is leveled enough to be accessible by car. I think it's a pretty fun road for RVs, but it might be a bit difficult for low-height vehicles.We stayed in a cottage and it was well maintained and comfortable.The sheets are changed after each user, and the cottages are well built, so as long as you keep the windows closed, insects won't get in.At night, if the weather is good, you can enjoy a starry sky.Due to the rate of temperature reduction, it was more than 10 degrees cooler than in the lowlands, making the summer extremely comfortable.Recommended.Also, as I mentioned at the beginning, the Azalea line can be used both upward and downward! !For some reason, Google Maps tells me to avoid it, but it can be accessed from either direction. (If it is avoided, it will take about 1.5 to 2 times longer, but this is not the case! Please use with confidence)

Both the owner and the campsite are in a good location. However, the slope was steep and the road was super dirt, so it was a hell of a ride for me on a 400km bike to get to the site.

However, there are no mug-sized cups, so if you drink alcohol, I think it would be better to bring a larger glass or paper cup. The washroom and bath were also clean. The bathtub is not very large. On the 2nd floor, there is space where you can sleep with about 5 futons laid out in parallel. The whole place was very clean and it was a very comfortable stay.【temperature】It was mid-September and the temperature during the day was about 18 to 20 degrees. The temperature in Matsumoto city was about 30 degrees, so it was a very pleasant day. There are also a lot of tall trees around the cottages, so it felt like we were basically in the shade. It takes about an hour to reach the campsite.【others】The inside of the venue is basically one-way, and the exits from the top to the bottom are the normal route, so be careful not to drive in the wrong direction. Also, the grounds are very narrow, so please be careful when driving.The receptionist at the campsite was also very nice and made the process go smoothly, making it a campsite that I was very satisfied with. The view of the mountains and the world below from the nearby Venus Line (driving course) is spectacular, so it's highly recommended.The BBQ space in front of the cottage felt a little smaller, so that's the only thing that gave me a ★-1.

It's true that the solar panels are disappointing, but the wife's personality and atmosphere were both very nice. There is no problem if you set up the solar panel in a direction out of sight.
