I bought ice cream at this mountain hut.Both restaurants offer light meals, so I saw a few people ordering and eating.I thought about having some too, but my friend had brought his own lunch and was eating at the top, so I decided to keep him waiting, so I only had ice cream.There were 6 types of Nagato Farm ice cream, so my friend went with the apricot and I went with the frozen yogurt.Frozen yogurt is sour and refreshingly delicious.It cost 500 yen, but you can eat a regular meal in the lower part of the world for 350 yen.It can't be helped because it's on top of a mountain.Wow, I was so tired.Even though it's summer, it's quite a cool mountain hike due to the high altitude.Of course, you can stay overnight at this mountain hut.I am thankful that there is a tent inside the room so I can sleep in it to maintain my privacy. It seems easy for women to stay here too.I also appreciate that you can rent the toilet for 100 yen.

We stayed one night as a family of 4 with 2 elementary school students. I was able to relax in a mountain hut that was very clean and had a nice atmosphere.The food was very good. There was a large selection of dishes for breakfast and dinner, and although there weren't many, they included wild vegetables, and above all, they were all delicious. Personally, I especially like the cream kuzumochi with bamboo grass for dinner dessert and would like to eat it again.The large dog in the shed was very docile, and my son, who is in third grade at elementary school, was very attached to him. He sometimes gets excited and barks, but soon calms down and sleeps peacefully. By the way, the dog is tethered and does not come out of the reception area.There was a living room-like space with mountain magazines, manga, playing cards, and shogi, so you could relax and play until night.

When I entered the mountain hut to see if there was anything I could do to commemorate climbing Mt. Tateshina with my dog, I was suddenly told, ``No tours are allowed, souvenirs are outside.'' The guard dog at the hut was barking at my dog ​​outside through the window. I immediately felt bad, so I left without buying anything.
