The location is very convenient if you want to go by train or bus as it is directly connected to the station. I went there by car, but parked in the adjacent parking lot and there was no discount for hotel guests. It was 1300 yen per day. I parked on the 5th floor according to the hotel information posted on the internet, but the fact that it was directly connected to the front desk was a complete lie. Once you get down to the 4th floor, walk through the store and go back up to the 5th floor. If you want to leave before 10:00 the next day, you have to go down to the first floor and go up from the parking elevator to the floor where you stopped, which is super annoying...The hotel looks stylish, but it's just a normal business hotel. I stayed in a twin room, but it was small. It was very convenient to have several shallow shelves. Women often have small items such as makeup tools, so having shelves is helpful. In the public bath, the locker room and washing area are small and the shelves are close together, making it difficult. The bathtub was mostly occupied by Japanese people, so it wasn't crowded. Please note that there is no cleansing machine in the bathroom! The shampoos are also cheap. It was nice that the bathroom in the room had a washing area so I didn't need a shower curtain. There is a lounge behind the front desk on the first floor, where you can enjoy coffee, latte, and cappuccino. If it's crowded, you'll have to wait in line. There were some foreigners eating food they had bought outside. There are many restaurants around, so you won't have any problems. If you need anything, you can shop at the store on the lower floor of the hotel until 8pm, and you can also eat there, so it's very convenient when the weather is bad or you're tired and don't want to walk. From the window, there was a nice view of the station rotary, trams, and the Tateyama Mountain Range in the distance. It was quiet with no sound leakage, and the blackout curtains created a perfect darkness, so I overslept. If I were to use it again, I would say yes because I understood how easy it is to use!

This was my first train trip without renting a car because I was going to be drinking a lot, and the hotel was right in front of Toyama Station, with a commercial facility underneath the hotel, so it was very convenient. .The room was clean and very nice.I didn't eat breakfast, but when I read the information, the sushi looked very delicious.I wonder if I could eat it at least once.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Toyama. I realized that I had a train view room the morning I was about to check out...The bath and room were very nice and I was able to relax. I was lucky that I didn't encounter any noisy groups. I wanted to eat breakfast, but I had to leave early in the morning, so I gave up. The woman at the front desk was also very nice and had great customer service!

It was a family stay. I was told that there was a public bath, so I used it, but I felt like they didn't differentiate between clean and unclean. Many people came to the changing room in their slippers, and even at the sink, there were many people who wore slippers as usual. Slippers are what you used to wear when you used to walk in outdoor shoes. He walked through the changing room in those slippers and put them in the locker, which is also where you put clean clothes. I have stayed in many places, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me. I found the opening of the slippers to be difficult to put my feet into, making them difficult to use. I think it would be difficult for older guests to use.Although it is a breakfast venue, the staff are responsive. My family said that he didn't smile at all, and I could feel people staring at me even when I was eating, which made me feel very uncomfortable.I think it's a shame that the customer has to be careful when eating the meal. The sushi was delicious.I felt that the number of items was small compared to the price.

The hotel is the best but the customer base is the worst. If there are a lot of foreign guests, you won't be able to use the bath. Some customers bring their own bath towels into the public bath, and the washing area in the bathroom is occupied by a lot of personal belongings, and when they come out, the hair dryer is a pile of garbage. Everything from used towels to used alcohol cans to unused toiletries were scattered about...it really was a pile of trash. The back alleys of Shinjuku...I would never be able to use a large public bath like this.If the customers are foreigners, I think it would be better to use photos and illustrations to make it easier to understand, or to have one staff member stay in the bathroom. It's a real shame as it's a nice hotel.

It was right in front of Toyama Station, very easy to access, and it was new and very comfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel with separate bathrooms and toilets, so it was very comfortable 😀I will use it again when I come to Toyama.

Best value hotel. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. The space is also somewhat spacious. The staff was wonderful and greeted me with a smile, making me feel comfortable. The location is great right in front of the station. There is no convenience store in the building, but it's a 30-second walk away, so no problem.Did not use breakfast. Although it was attractive, it was a bit expensive...I wish there was a more reasonable breakfast course with more local ingredients.I noticed this when I checked out and used the lounge, and the coffee was delicious. I regret that I should have used it sooner.

When I go on a trip, I usually drive, so I look for and book accommodation at the destination. This time I made a reservation on the way to the Shinkansen 🚄. I happened to be having an opening campaign and it looked good, so I booked for 3 consecutive nights. The facilities, service, and breakfast (one-time ticket purchase) were all excellent. This time it's a special price.I'm scared of the proper price in the future, but up to a certain point it's worth it. I would like to stay again.
