I suddenly decided to stay in Karuizawa, so two adults and one 3-year-old child called in the afternoon of the same day and decided to stay overnight without meals. The price was 13,000 yen for two adults and 15,000 yen for a child sleeping in the same bed with an additional 2,000 yen.I guess it was after 8pm when I arrived? Although it was raining, the owner came outside to greet us.At check-in, I listened to various explanations and went straight to my room. Bath and toilet are shared. Overall, I can't deny that it feels old, small, and has minimal facilities, but it had a homely atmosphere, and considering the location, I thought it was reasonable for the price.The only thing is that after I got home, I had more than 10 rashes that appeared to have been bitten by ticks. Was it not maintained? I thought.Even if it is old, I would like it to maintain a minimum level of cleanliness. Even though I was able to stay here on short notice, my memories of the trip have been tarnished and I feel somewhat uneasy about it.
