Dont be confused. There are 2 types of villas in ABN. The "palace" one with fewer room, and the "large" one with 6 room stacked in to one "hostel-like" building.I stayed in the large one. This villa is located closed to the main villa, but the position is more decend then the other. It can be reached with 3 level of iron stairs. This is the biggest factor that I don't like very much. You have to "exercise" from one level to another just because your room is in different level from the main pool. Elders and toddlers are recommended to be stayed at the 1st floor. Much younger and adolescent visitors may stay in the 2nd and 3rd floor room. The biggest advantages of this kind of villa is the large swimming pool. It has 3 different depthness, 0.5, 1 meter, and 2-ish meter. Can be useful to be used as game and teamwork playset. Just infront of the pool, there is a medium size grass field that can be used as an activity area. Supported by a large 2-level gazebo-like building, this villa will give you every basic facilities. You should know that inside this building is already be installed nice quality of karaoke set with small monitor and decent wifi.Just below that area, this villa has a beautiful little garden with gazebo and little fish pond below it. Completed by some pairs of tables and chairs faced the beautiful backyard mountain view. Take a sip from a cup of sweet hot coffe/tea in the morning in this little garden will give you extra energy to start your day.I gave 5 star for the room, because every single room has inside bathroom with shower and nice toilet. Kitchen with complete kitchen set and little bar-like table for dining area are available in each of the room. Nice 2 seater sofa faced the wall mounted smart tv is all you need in this villa. Room facility is superb. Best of the best. How about the service? Every single person will be given hotel-like amenities. So, just bring your clothes and hope in...! Every servicmen are always at the ready to answer all of questions and always give you the best service of what you need.Location? Frankly, it little bit too far, because you have to pass the real "puncak pass" to get over here. I think the real rival of this villa is Wisma Halim with same decent quality. So, why I was giving this villa a 3 star? There are some problem that annoyed me alot. First of all, when I came here, this area is frequent to be put out of grid from PLN (Indonesian State Electric Company). I know this is puncak, and you dont need AC to freeze your day. But, I still need electricity to use the tv, to do karaoke. Frequent. Please, please, please, ask your servicemen to solve this problem. Because I dont think this villa has "side generator" to power up the entire villas.Second thing that annoyed me a lot is the broken water pump. I couldnt even took a bath after smokey BBQ that stick to my clothes all day night. The water jet pump couldnt support all of 6 bathrooms to be used together at the same times. But, before I checked out, the jet pump had just been changed. So, please reconfirm about the water pump to the servicemen before you check in.And, last and least, this villa has a little space for cars. It can only fit for about 5 cars inside the villa, if the garage is not used. But you can park outside the villa, can be fitted for about extra 4 card. And the parking area is not wide enough to be parked by a bus. So, please considered what transportation will be used by your group. If 3 of those problem are solved, this villa is earned a 5 star villa.
