Good location. The building is wonderful and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. The privacy from other villas is maintained and it is very relaxing. I immediately made my next reservation because I wanted to come again soon.A facility packed with all the good things about Karuizawa. Highly recommended.

A lot has changed since we first opened, and the atmosphere of the forest that can be seen from the window is gone. I think the service has changed a lot since it first opened.There are many other great accommodations in Karuizawa in a similar price range. There is no need to choose this place.

We had a very special day in a very calm atmosphere.The facilities are new and clean. Amenities and small seasonings were provided, so I didn't feel inconvenienced at all.It's not easy to go there, but I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

We stayed at Vein with small kids. EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN GREAT.Room: Our kids are always like making noises, running around, doing everything. This fantastic cozy cottage allow us to make any noise as it's built with distance. The room is very clean and beautiful, and equipped with everything you need from tableware to amenity. We could enjoy BBQ at the terrace.Staff: Really nice and kind, They kindly take care my kids when we checking in and out, handling luggage, etc.In conclusion, I strongly recommend this place especially for the family who is looking for traveling in Karuizawa with small children.

The facilities and the staff at the inn were polite and not bad. There were several favorite restaurants within walking distance.However, the staff at the restaurant on the premises (which I did not use) did not greet me even when I met them on the premises. He was unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable every time I met him.This is not a review of the restaurant itself. So that there is no misunderstanding.
