This is old information, but I hope it has been improved.About 3 years ago, during the coronavirus pandemic, I stayed in a deluxe room for 2 nights with my two dogs and their owners. The inn was in a residential area. The front entrance of the inn was full of fallen leaves, probably because there were few visitors due to the coronavirus pandemic. There were no lights at the front desk either, so it was pitch dark (we arrived at 3pm).My name isn't even displayed on the welcome board.Part of the floor on the balcony of my room was peeling off, and I was worried that my dog might get hurt. The furniture in the room was old and had a musty smell. At the time, the cost for one person and two dogs per night was around 30,000 yen, so I remember being disappointed, or rather feeling gloomy.Only the food was delicious. The location of the inn is also not suitable for bringing dogs, so even if it is a super cheap inn, I will not stay there in the future.

I am often disappointed by Kahlo Group... First of all, the floors are often dirty, so I contacted them in advance this time as well... In that respect, I was glad that they kept it cleaner than usual, but... I was surprised. The tiles in the entrance hall were broken and rattling! Now that I think about it, I wonder if a large dog would have been able to walk in and get hurt. Besides... the towel for the dog is so dirty! I can see that it's been washed sloppily! The dirt isn't coming off! I couldn't use it because it was so loose! What I always think about isI feel like there is no sense of hospitality at all! It's really a shame.

I've stayed at many pet-friendly hotels in Karuizawa, but I thought this one had the oldest facilities.I wasn't expecting much from the food, but both dinner and breakfast were surprisingly delicious. I also liked that the restaurant allowed pets.

Used by my family of three and one dog. There was a prior confirmation before arrival (I was driving so I couldn't answer the phone). The reception was handled by a man, and I was glad that we were able to talk to each other in a friendly manner. Luckily, we were able to change to a larger room at no additional charge. It was helpful to have my luggage carried to my room. They explained the location of the private open-air bath, but when I tried to use it, the boiler broke down and I was unable to use it.I wish they had informed me in advance about this. The bath in the room was a type that couldn't be reheated, so I couldn't reheat the water and felt cold. It was nice to be able to eat meals quietly in a private room. It was a full course of fish and meat, and it was delicious beyond my imagination. The dog run is also reserved. Overall, the whole family said it was very nice to stay at this hotel. Next time, I would like to use it around spring. Thank you
