Although there is deer droppings lying around, it is a cheap campsite (1,000 yen per bike and free firewood) and the owner is nice. The only drawback is that the road to the campsite is tough. The trail runs for 2km along a narrow, steep slope with moss growing in places and a path with iron netting.Ice and juice are not sold, so be sure to shop beforehand.

This was my first time using it, and it was a hidden gem! It was a kind of campsite. The campsite is well-maintained, and the cost is 4,000 yen including water, and 3,000 yen for everything else, making it a great value for money.I got a half-price ticket to a nearby hot spring and was able to take a bath for 500 yen, which made me very happy♪Firewood was available for free, and the manager was nice. The sea is also close by car, so I thought it would be nice in the summer as well.thank you very much. I'll visit you again.

Solo bike ride 1,000 yen per nightThe area is quite steep, so be careful with large bikes.A quiet and relaxing camping spotYou can use as much firewood as you like for free, but it seems like most of the people who used it on the weekends burned it, so there wasn't much left.Docomo doesn't have radio waves, so be prepared.

Please come only if you can enjoy the bare minimum facilities, not the latest fashionable ones.A very hidden campsite in Minami Izu.It was a private weekend in late March. The soil under the tent area is soft, so the pegs can stick into it easily, and there are no stones, so it feels good. The power source site also has a hand-washing area, and it seems that it was renovated from an old rice field, and I was intrigued by how well it was built. There is also one toilet with a washlet. The fact that the sink has a mirror is also a big plus! The cost is 1,000 yen per person, but they give you a half-price ticket to the Odoriko Hall, a hot spring in Kawazu, so it's actually 500 yen.Firewood is free. There is also a shower.

Used on Saturday and Sunday bike ride in early March. It costs 1,000 yen per night, and you can get a discount coupon for the Kawazu bath. For me, who always takes a hot spring bath, the actual campsite usage fee is 500 yen. A perfect solo on a sunny day. The site is either a grassy or terraced site and is not large overall. You can drive in. The lawn is very well maintained and the pegs are easy to get stuck in. There was no difficulty in inserting the step-by-step site, especially the pegs. The toilet and kitchen are clean. At this time of year, the sun shines on the grass site from sunrise at 7:30 a.m. There was some frost today, but it's dry by 10 p.m. The area in the back where the morning sun shines earliest is the one in the back. There is some firewood in front of the administration building, but if you're going to enjoy the night, it's better to bring your own bundle. There are lights around the administration building, in the kitchen, and in the toilets, but they are just right, not so much that they interfere with the starry sky. There are no radio waves. It takes about 20 minutes to get to a supermarket in Kawazu, and there is a hot spring facility 2km from there. Last time I used it in early February, there were several groups of customers, but everyone was quietly enjoying themselves. I don't know what the situation will be like during the high season, but if you're a touring camper who doesn't require convenience, I'd definitely give it a perfect score. Surrounded by mountains, we enjoyed the starry sky and had a quiet time. This price is great considering the location of Izu. This is one of the few campsites where you can easily spend a quiet time.

Well maintained site, clean facilities, quiet location. I look forward to hearing from you again.P.S.: Visited again in early March. The temperature is not a problem at all, and you can manage it by adding a warmer to your autumn equipment. Also, the Kawazu cherry blossoms were beautiful. The firewood is free, and the types are random, so it's fun to try out different kinds. However, be careful of strong winds in early spring, and pegs are a must for sheets.Pets are allowed, but there will be a designated location. It's definitely a hidden gem on weekdays, and I'll be visiting again.P.S.2I have asked many times for reasons such as when I want to test pitch a new tent or when I want to break in the tires on my bike. On weekdays, there is a high probability that you will be completely solo.I'm so happy about the half-price ticket to the hot spring hall, and I'm looking forward to my return trip.

thank you always. The road to get there is narrow in some places, so first-time visitors might be a little worried, but the owners are very kind and nice. My family can use it with peace of mind. The forest site is convenient as there is water available at each location.
