Used for day trip hot springs. I appreciate 1,000 yen for a good hot spring.

This is a resort hotel built in the hillside and managed by a group of local elderly. The building itself is almost 30-40 years old but with good maintenance whereas some facility may be out of order. We took a family short holiday to the Kamikawa sea world and this is a good choice to rest the night.I can see the staffs are trying their best to maintain the quality.

I have stayed at various hotels so far, but there were several incidents where this hotel was a little surprising.First of all, both the exterior and the rooms are quite old and feel dated. Since it is located on a hill, you can enjoy a good view of the scenery from the restaurant venue and guest rooms. The hallway in front of the room was very hot as there was no air conditioning at all.As for the guest room, as everyone has said, I was concerned about the smell and dust. This time, I stayed for one night, and there were dead cockroaches in the first guest room...The staff said that they had asked a contractor to exterminate the pests, but they thought that might have caused them to crawl out.I was forced to go to another guest room, but there was a spider about 1 cm deep on the ceiling and under the pillow...Is the toilet seat moldy? It had black spots and was not in a clean condition. Furthermore, there were crushed insects in the picture frames displayed in the guest room, and the corpses were still there, which was very unpleasant.I realized that the room I was shown to had no amenities, so I contacted the front desk, but the staff made no attempt to deliver them, so I took the key to the room with the dead insects and had to do it myself. I went to get the amenities.I understand that there is a lot of greenery, so insects may come in, but I don't think I would have been so dissatisfied if they had followed up properly. Also, since the reservation was made at the height of the season and at the last minute, the price was high at around 20,000 yen per person, and I felt that the service was not commensurate with that price. This time, I may have been lucky to get the guest room I stayed in, so I don't know what else...It was my fault for making a reservation without referring to everyone's reviews, but my wedding anniversary was ruined.

This is an old hotel located on top of a mountain. No problem if you have a car. The employees were very friendly and I enjoyed talking to them. However, when I arrived at my room, I was surprised to find the door open. An employee was pulling a futon. It was late and I had informed them of my arrival time in advance, so why? The food was average. The quantity was sufficient.
