My daughter, husband, sister and I recently stayed at the Nihon Iro, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure we feel special and were taken care of. For example, I wished I've asked for her name but she took us to our rooms and walked us through the house and showed us how to use the controllers for the AC.The hotel is a blend of traditional Japanese aesthetics and modern comforts. The rooms are beautifully designed with attention to detail, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. I loved the minimalist yet elegant decor, which reflected the rich cultural heritage of Japan while providing all the conveniences of a luxury stay. One of the highlights of my stay was the hospitality. The staff were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely kind and attentive.Anyone staying here, should order the inhouse breakfast package. Nesrine Benali and her staff arrived on time and made one of the best breakfast we had since arriving in Japan. She walked us through each of the items and explained to us what it was and how to pair some of the dishes. It was a delightful experience, with a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes. The quality of the food was top-notch, and a lot of thought had been put into the menu to ensure a memorable dining experience. Nesrine was helpful and hospital and she also drove us to the nearet train station. In summary, my stay at Nihon Iro Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. With its stunning design, exceptional service, and ideal location, it’s no surprise that this hotel has received such amazing reviews. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the area. I can't wait to return!

My family and I stayed at the Japanese-style ``Kurumi.''It's stylish and comfortable and everyone loves it!Dinner and breakfast eaten together around the hearth with the family are trulyI'm glad I had the luxury! !``Kurumi'' is the closest to the hot springs among all the Japanese hot springs, so it was convenient and easy to get to.I had good memories of my summer vacation.I would definitely use it again.

Nihon-iro, a rental property, is a lodging facility that uses an old private house in Mochimune, and offers impressive tuktuk transportation. Immediately behind the beach and resort facilities, there are rows of old houses with ``Japanese-colored'' ridges and names of colors.

We are planning to stay on the 16th when the typhoon hits.I received a final confirmation call from the hotel, and when I told them that I was worried about a typhoon coming, they responded, "Is that so? (A nuance of typhoon coming?)."There's news about Typhoon No. 7 hitting the Kanto region, right? Even though I can't cancel, trains are scheduled to be suspended, is that okay? Isn't there a word like ``please be careful when coming here''? What's more, people don't even know that a typhoon is coming, and absolutely nothing is being done to prevent it.Even though I was worried about a huge earthquake warning and Typhoon No. 7, I was even more worried about the accommodation's response. This made me think that even if some disaster were to occur, they would not provide any guidance to the guests. I think I'll be abandoned. The cost is the same as or less than a hotel costing several thousand yen per night. Honestly, I don't want to give any stars.

Highly recommended when staying in Shizuoka! The room has a hearth and has the atmosphere of an old folk house, making it very relaxing. We have all the kitchen utensils, pots, rice cookers, kettles, cups, etc., so all you need to do is bring your own food! The hot spring is also about a 5-minute walk away, and we have everything from bath towels to towels, shampoo, and body soap to make your stay very comfortable. However, there are no supermarkets nearby, so if you're coming by car, it's best to buy some food there as there is a Mark IZ store inside Shizuoka Station! There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but it takes about 10 minutes on foot. Therefore, we recommend purchasing plenty of alcohol, food, sweets, snacks, etc. just in case!Parking is also nearby. However, since you will be entering a residential area, driving skills may be required if you use a large vehicle. .It's close to the sea, so it might be nice to wake up in the morning and take a walk along the seaside ^_^Personally, I highly recommend it!The size varies depending on the grade of the room. I think all the rooms are wonderful! Please use it when staying in Shizuoka!

I went on a no-dinner, breakfast-only plan for a family trip with a dog.I didn't know where to park, so I asked them to tell me the location of the parking lot first, and then I asked them to tell me more about the room system, etc., but they didn't give me any explanation..I stayed at Konparu, but there was a dog run there. It wasn't until I came back that I found out...(There was a vacant lot right outside the entrance, but it wasn't well maintained and I didn't think it was a dog run.)Breakfast was served in your room and the staff came to prepare it for you. After the breakfast preparations were finished, the staff left the room and while we were eating, they said, ``I forgot something!'' 'He opened the door to my room without knocking or using the intercom, and with the door wide open, he went to the kitchen to look for something.Of course, I'm also at fault for not locking the door immediately after leaving the room, but it's a dog-friendly room and there are no instructions to wear a leash indoors, so even though he was wearing a harness, he was off-leash.I was eating a little away from the entrance, so I told her many times to close the door, but she ignored me, and I was able to get my dog in my arms right away, so everything was fine, but I wonder what I would have done if she had escaped. . Even after I returned home, I still had questions. There is no fence or twenty doors at the entrance.I was disappointed because I had assumed that since the room was prepared as a dog-friendly room, that consideration would be taken for granted.Since we went with two families this time, we had told them on the phone the day before our stay that we would like to rent two buildings and eat breakfast together, and we should have received permission, but when we actually got there, they said, ``We weren't told that, it's impossible.'' "It's true," he said. (The phone and receptionist were the same)I can't help it since my room doesn't have that much space...The breakfast and accommodation were nice, but I was disappointed in the staff's behavior and couldn't help but wonder why the accommodation was so expensive. If you are traveling with a dog, I think it would be best to keep this in mind.

Really like it, beautiful room, big bathroom. It's a seaside area, a little chic. There is breakfast served in the room. There are drink coupons at a nearby ice cream shop. The parking path is quite narrow. There is free onsen bathing nearby.
