It was an unsanitary hotel.The coin laundry on the 8th floor is extremely dirty. There was dust scattered on the floor and black mold growing on the dryer. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.In the guest room, there is a lot of noise from other rooms, and there are a lot of birds. There were bats living there, and the sound was so loud. The USB charging port on the desk was broken and I couldn't charge it.

The room was small and it was difficult to control the room temperature. It was nice to have breakfast service, a limited hot spring bathing service ticket, and a free parking lot (a paid parking lot is nearby), although it's a bit of a walk.

It's in a very convenient location, just to the right after exiting the east exit of Matsumoto Station. The automatic check-in machine makes the process smooth and convenient. There are amenities next to the elevator, and you can choose what you need and head to your room. Don't forget to get a welcome drink before going to your room! It's a free drink! When I went, I didn't see anyone outside, and the inside of the building was quiet. The room is located in front of the station, so I can't say it has a great view, but you can see the mountains surrounding Matsumoto City from between the buildings. The bathroom is a little small, but the shampoo and body soap are provided in bottles and not in packs like those for travel, so it's very easy to use. The TV in the room was small at 24 inches, but it was convenient as it had access to various internet channels. Free Wi-Fi is also available. Best of all, it's right in front of the station, so you won't have to worry about finding food. There are various shops, and of course local restaurants! If you have time, I thought it was good that you could check in early and explore Matsumoto Castle on foot. From next time onwards, I will be taking care of you every time I stay near Matsumoto Station. Oh, breakfast is included for free. There was also a kind consideration even for consecutive nights.

The hotel next to Matsumoto Station and the convenience store are a little far away, but there are many stores around the station so it's not an inconvenience. The room is a little old, and there are comics in the vending machine corner, so it's not boring. You can rent bicycles for free, and there is free coffee in front of the elevator.

Conveniently located right next to Matsumoto Station and across from the bus terminal.Check-in is done using the check-in machine in front of the front desk.There was no view from the room, and there was some noise from outside, but we had everything we needed and had a comfortable stay.At the front desk, I was able to purchase a Matsumoto Castle ticket for 630 yen, which included a bottle of water.I appreciate the coffee and tea drink service.I was also grateful that I was able to use the large public bath at Utsukushigahara Onsen Shoho for free, although it was on a first-come, first-served basis. I couldn't take a leisurely bath due to the shuttle bus time, but since I don't have a car, it can't be helped.Breakfast was a buffet, and at first it seemed crowded as there weren't many seats, but the rotation was fast and I didn't have to wait for a seat. There was also curry, and the bread was especially delicious.The female staff were kind and pleasant.

Breakfast is another one.I think there were many types of bread.It is a roadside parking fee of 500 yen for a motorcycle that stayed overnight during touring.If you don't have good security, it will be stolen.

The best thing about this place is that there is a hot spring service provided by the affiliated inn! That's why I always stay here every time.It is recommended because you can enter the public bath at a luxury inn for free!

First stay. There was an event going on over the weekend, and all the places were fully booked and prices were skyrocketing, so I stayed there for several nights using points from a lodging site.Check-in is done entirely by machine. Two frontmen came and greeted us. However, the atmosphere made it difficult to talk to them when they were confused about how to operate the machine.I think the room was good. The problem is that the refrigerator doesn't get cold...For hotel information, scan the QR code on the desk. Honestly, I thought it would be difficult for people with flip phones, people who are not good at operating machines, elderly people, and people with disabilities to only know how to operate the check-in machine or check the QR code. There was no verbal explanation of the laundry, microwave, ice maker, etc. on the floor, and I found out about it through a QR code. Also, I didn't know until the last day that I could use the hot springs at the group hotel for free as there was no verbal explanation. I think it was mechanized as a measure against the coronavirus pandemic, but to be honest, I felt it was unfriendly.Breakfast is free, but the menu is almost the same, so it's better to think of it as filling your stomach rather than enjoying the meal. Also, depending on the day, there are not enough seats in the dining room for guests, resulting in long lines. Also, the spacing between the seats is very narrow, with the space barely allowing you to face someone you don't know or touch their shoulders. I think it's quite stressful for people who are not good at or concerned about such things. Also, the manners of foreigners are the worst, and I can see how busy they are, as they take home multiple loaves of bread, take lots of jams and butter with them, and store their luggage in the space of 3 seats even in extremely crowded places. Please be careful.The location is next to the station and the bus terminal is right in front. There are convenience stores, commercial facilities, drug stores, etc., so it's convenient, but honestly, I think that's about it.Now that the coronavirus pandemic is over, I think it would be better if there was more dialogue with customers and check-in by a man instead of a machine.

Close to Matsumoto Station, the location is convenient, and it comes with a free buffet breakfast (rice, miso soup, fried fish, tamagoyaki, yogurt, buns, etc.), and the hotel staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the room space is small, and the air conditioner does not have a remote control to control the temperature (it can only control the wind speed at the bedside), which is a bit crude.

Great hotel of great quality at the best possible location of you're going to visit Kamigochi as it's right in front of the bus stop where the bus leaves at 5:30, so you can get your necessary sleep at this super cosy hotel. I really liked the atmosphere of this hotel as well, really cozy. Check in and check out is easy as it can be done entirely by machine, but the staff was eager and nice to help anyway. I definitely recommend this hotel.
