The prices are reasonable, and the rooms are simple but clean. The open-air bath was also very relaxing. The sashimi at the restaurant was shockingly delicious. The inn and the surrounding area are very atmospheric and interesting, so I recommend you to take a walk around it a lot. It's close to the sea and the sunset seen from the port was very beautiful.Be sure to stop by the Acai Meat near you.

This is a hot spring inn in Nishiizu.Although the rooms feel old, the plumbing and other areas have been renovated and are well maintained. The hot springs that flow directly from the source are very easy to bathe in.The view of the port from the open air makes you feel as if time is passing slowly, which is strangely soothing. Both dinner and breakfast are feasts made with plenty of local fish. With hotel prices soaring, it seems like a great deal considering the hot springs and meals.Although it is a little difficult to access, it is recommended.

This is my regular lodging when I come to Matsuzaki. The open-air bath on the 4th floor is so comfortable that you can't experience it anywhere else. There are also plenty of observation baths (indoor baths) where you can watch the sunset. The indoor bath and the outdoor bath have separate entrances, so you can't go back and forth without getting dressed, but there is a washing area in the outdoor bath, so you don't have to enter at the same time.Morning and evening meals are served at the restaurant "Mingei Sabo" across the street, and it's a real treat since it's a famous restaurant in Matsuzaki that operates as a regular restaurant. You can eat mainly local fish, as well as rare fish caught that day.Boiled fish is also deliciousBreakfast also comes with a variety of dishes, mainly charcoal-grilled dried horse mackerel, and they're all delicious, so you'll definitely want a second helping of rice.

This is a small inn near the fishing port.I like Matsuzaki Town and have been here several times. This is my regular lodging at that time. The price is reasonable, so the rooms are decent, and you can lay out your own futon. I wonder if they no longer use the communal toilet room like before? I thought the occupancy rate was kept low. After all, the fish at Mingei Sabo, which is directly across the street from the hotel and serves as a dining room for guests, is so delicious that I'm always impressed.

I found it by chance on Google Maps. It's rare that there are only two negative posts, so I booked it right away.Another reason I chose it is that it has an elevator.Keep the soft hot water runningMoreover, since the hot water is supplied from the bottom of the bathtub, the water temperature does not drop. The room has tatami mats and a carpet on the floor. The curtains, and the restroom (with cleaning function. It's small, but you'll have to put up with it) have been updated. The pretty flowers hidden behind the door at the entrance to the roomThe flowers arranged in the alcove are also beautiful and soothing. From your room, you can see the river mouth and a little bit.You can see the sea.1 night and 2 mealsA directly managed restaurant located 5m across the road that has a great izakaya-like atmosphere but also accommodates families. There are chairs and tatami mats. The landlady who had checked in earlier (thank you for allowing me to enter the room a little before 3 o'clock) joined the young staff and wait staff. He's a hard worker. When I got back to the building, "Osakana Hakase" came and said "Thank you for the meal and good night."

Wife's impressions Motorcycle 🏍️ Solo touring.A calm and clean inn run by an elderly couple.Just having fresh flowers displayed in the shoe cabinet or inside the guest room will put your mind at ease.As stated on the HP,"We want you to enjoy hot food while it's still warm."``Since you've come to Matsuzaki, we want you to try our delicious fish.''Whatever you eat is delicious. 😋Alcohol 🍶 is progressing.*Highball is not *corner* but tough 😓 Whiskey 🥃 so be careful ⚠️"I can't do it anymore...I'm sorry to have to leave it behind..." about the quantity of funamori and dinner at Kumomi Onsen.I think it's okay for those who think so.However, the restaurant is cold so it would be better to wear warm clothes.People who are afraid of Route 136 (Fujimi Sculpture Line) along the cliff that runs from Matsuzaki to Kumomi. If you have scary memories of your bike being pushed down a cliff by strong winds, your heart pounding, and your shoulders becoming stiff from straining, I think you might want to try Matsuzaki at least once.It was a comfortable and friendly accommodation for women traveling alone.

It was my first time using it.The food wasn't particularly luxurious, but it was a lot more than I expected, but I was more satisfied with the taste. The bath is a little small, so it's good for 3 to 4 people, but if you have more than that, you won't be able to relax. Overall, the staff are kind and I would like to use them again.

A relaxing family-run inn. The hostel was nicer. The meal was full of local seafood, and the portions were very satisfying. The open-air bath was beautiful and open, which was very nice. I took the bath many times in the morning and evening, but it was always private and relaxing. The outside of the building is showing its age, but the inside is clean and the facilities are well maintained. I also felt a sense of spirit in the beautiful fresh flowers displayed in the room.I want to go again.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay.Dinner and breakfast will be served at Mingei Sabo (a seafood restaurant next to the inn). Anyway, the seafood is delicious! The homemade plum juice was also refreshing and delicious. There is an open-air bath and an indoor bath, and you can see the ocean from the open-air bath.It didn't feel like a luxury inn, but it was like a hideaway where you could relax.

It feels a little old, but it's clean and comfortable. Also, the open feeling of the bath was great. The people at the inn were friendly and accommodating, but they didn't push us too far, making it easy to spend time there.Maybe you don't have to worry about laying the futon yourself, so you don't have to worry about it.The dinner and breakfast we had at the restaurant in the separate building were perfect for our trip to Izu! I'm very satisfied with what I can feel. The wasabi used for sashimi also contained chopped stems, which had a great flavor and texture. Also, there were a lot of stuffed fish. It's a great inn that you'll want to come back to again!
