Being at the southernmost tip of the Izu Peninsula, transportation is not very convenient, but I was able to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the sound of the sea, and the food and customer service were excellent.

I stayed at Renne, which has an open-air bath in the room. The room was very spacious and had a nice space. My room was on the second floor, but I thought that if I had stayed in a room on the third floor, I would have had a better view of the ocean.Dinner was in a private room, and although there were only two of us, we were able to enjoy a wonderful course meal in a large, completely private room.Breakfast was buffet style, and I was happy that the number of items was neither too large nor too small, and there were plenty of rice options. The bread was really delicious.I would like to stay there again.

It was an inn where you can clearly see from the details that all the employees are working hard together. The morning and evening meals were also very delicious, and we were treated with great hospitality from the time we arrived until the time we left.We are very grateful that we were able to spend our time without any unpleasant feelings.I know there are many things that are difficult to do in this difficult world, but I hope that everyone staying at the hotel can continue to stay in a good mood and have fun.I would like to take care of you again someday.

I wrote a review on a travel reservation site, but I wanted to introduce it on Google Maps as well, so I wrote a review. This was my second visit, and the room, food, and service did not disappoint and I am very grateful for the hospitality. The cause was that I did not check the statement properly when I checked out, but when I informed them of the mistake, the person in charge contacted me the next day and immediately refunded the amount by bank transfer. I received it. thank you very much.In terms of service, I would like to see a style that allows customers to choose and enjoy the food, rather than just simply receiving service, such as choosing the seasonal fish and choosing the cooking method. My wife thought the fried golden sea bream and sake-steamed abalone were delicious. Many of the staff at dinner were young, but they were happy to accommodate us, and during the sashimi and sake steaming of the abalone, Mr. Itamae himself came and gave detailed explanations. You can use the private bath if it is empty, and although there is a cleaning time for the large public bath, you can use it almost 24 hours a day, so I was able to take a relaxing bath. Both the room and bathroom are kept very clean. I also saw some hot springs that were properly inspected for hygiene.Customer service includes check-in at the lounge (the staff at this time also did their best to explain the process), and even after taking a bath in the public bath, they offer free cold delicious tea and tea trays, and cold beer (for a fee). ) was also enjoyed slowly. The staff at the after-bath area were also very kind, and I think this type of service is a good thing about Kiichiyu.Next time, I would like to spend a little more money and stay in a higher-grade room. First of all, I would like to thank you for your sincere response regarding the payment, even though it was my mistake, and I wish Kiichiyu continued development and prosperity.

It has the impression of being a casual, somewhat old-fashioned inn for families, but we had to come all the way to the parking lot in the rain to pick us up, carrying an umbrella. The hot spring had a light chlorine smell and tiles, so it didn't have much of an atmosphere. The food was delicious, and it was worth coming all the way to enjoy the steamed abalone and the lobster.

Unfortunately, it was a day when a typhoon was approaching, but you can see the ocean between the trees from your room, and I think it's a great location for those who enjoy swimming in the ocean. The pool is also outdoor, but it is beautiful. Dinner was enjoyed in a relaxing manner in a private room-like setting.

Room with open-air bath, large public bath, location, food, everything is ◎Especially the staff's response was wonderful.Everyone was very comforted by their smiles, their smiles, and their smiles, which weren't just in front of the public.I thought it would be a good place to work as I could see that even young people were actively involved in their work.I would like to use it again with my parents-in-law, daughter and her husband.
