I stayed in the agate room on October 6th.From check-in, the staff was kind and courteous. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. Especially for dinner, I love French food, so everything I ate was delicious.I could feel the care put into the tableware, and it was very relaxing. On that day, there were fireworks nearby, and we were able to watch the spectacular fireworks from our private room.I would love to visit you again.Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I used it for one night on October 6th. Other than the female manager, all the staff were Sri Lankan, and they were all polite, hard-working, and had a pleasant customer service. The rooms are luxurious and the water area is very clean. It was a deep blue room, but I was disappointed that the seat of the sofa was so worn out that I slipped when I sat on it, making it not very comfortable to sit on.Also, on the website, it was stated that drinks in the room are free if you make a reservation from the homepage, but even though I made a reservation from the homepage, I was told that drinks in the room would be charged, so I went to a nearby convenience store instead of drinking. I bought it.These two points don't give it full stars, but other than that it was really great. When I told them that my wedding anniversary was the day after my stay, they put a message on the dessert plate, which made me happy. The view from the room is wonderful and the check-out time is 12:00, which is nice.Is the food French? The course was very beautiful and delicious. It would be nice if there were more types of beer, including local beer.Honestly, it's not a price I can afford to go to, but I think it was worth the effort to go on a special day like an anniversary.I'll visit you again sometime.

From the appearance of the inn to the location,I was very satisfied with everything from the moment I met you! !Including the inns and hotels you have used so far.It was a top class satisfaction level✩.*˚Not only the staff but also the managerReminds me of Mari NatsukiVery cool and smart customer serviceThank you for sharing some fun stories.Thank you for letting me know (*¨*)Foreign staff also speak Japanese.Thank you for your hard work in serving our customers.I would like to discuss various things with you as part of your birthday trip.Even though I received it, I reallyThey kindly responded! This is an inn I really want to go to again!in the second roomFireworks are set off right by the seashoreThe view was spectacular!Best of all, the food is voluminous. The plates and presentation are all stylish. It was so delicious and it was such a luxurious time.I don't want to go home with my husband and wife.I went to the inn crying with my hair thrown back.It came out lolThank you so much (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)

I read some reviews here that said the dinner was not delicious, the sofa was dirty, and the police were involved, so I didn't have high expectations. It's true that the furniture was dirty, but it wasn't that noticeable, and the washroom and toilet were built to be of a higher quality. Amenities too. The ceiling was high and the open-air bath in the room was nice. The French kaiseki dinner was very delicious. I'm very satisfied. The Western food for breakfast was a little heavy. It was an unusual inn where the dining room and sleeping room were separate, and the dining room could also be used overnight. But since the rooms are far apart, I never use it. It was the room with the best view. What bothered me was that in the description of the first room, he said that you could see telephone poles... I thought that was a very strange explanation because I had never cared whether or not I could see telephone poles and wires. There are many foreigners among the staff.

What caught my attention. The elevator smells. There was something like an air freshener left.It smelled like urine, which bothered me as I am sensitive to smells. At dinner time, it was a course meal. The number of foreign employees changesI had to keep peeking at the entrance to see if I had finished eating, and I couldn't eat in peace. It would be more calm if you set up a bell or something and ask them to ring it when they finish eating. You can eat it. I can't eat calmly because I feel like I'm in a hurry when someone peeks at me.There was ice in the drink I bought after dinner.I thought I wanted itAfter 9 o'clock, only emergency calls will be made.Something like a mobile number was written on it.There's something by the phoneOf course when I called the front desk, they didn't answer.I couldn't get ice.I wish I had been given that explanation in advance.Other than that, it was a nice stay with no problems. The female manager spoke to me in a friendly manner and made me feel at ease.

My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our wedding. Will the weather be bad due to a typhoon? However, it didn't rain and it was a fun trip. When you arrive at the hotel entrance, the appearance is stunning❗The way the entrance looks like it gives off a nice atmosphere! The hotel staff will pick you up at the parking lot, give you your luggage, and guide you to the room you will use for meals. Check in while enjoying tea and sweets! The view is great and this room alone is more than enough. After that, we were shown to a room with a master bedroom, and since we had made a reservation through the official website, we were served drinks from the refrigerator, which made my wife and I very happy. The sea is right in front of you, so the view is great ❗The view while taking a bath in the open-air bath was amazing.Unfortunately, I couldn't see the sunset due to the cloudy sky, but next time I definitely want to take a hot spring bath while watching the sunset over Dogashima. The bath is luxurious with an open-air bath and even a jacuzzi.Whatever you eat for dinner is delicious! The freshness of the ingredients is outstanding. Not only the ingredients, but the sauce was extremely delicious, and it was a very satisfying creative French dish. After the meal, the managers congratulated us on our wedding anniversary, and it was a great souvenir.During my stay, I took a bath many times and was able to relax. It was a hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again. We would like to thank the manager and staff for everything they did during our stay. This hotel is one that I would definitely recommend to everyone.Unfortunately, the meal was so voluminous that I ended up leaving behind the cake I ordered as a souvenir. This is a hotel that you would definitely want to visit when celebrating a special occasion.

Posted on 8/31/2024I've been writing reviews so far, and this is my first ☆1.I am very saddened and disappointed, but I am writing this with the hope that it will be of use to everyone and the development of Mayuniryo.Booked online for 2024/7/18 as 2024/8/29~30 anniversary trip.I got a call right away and was impressed. We contacted them via email to discuss bringing in wine and additional dishes, but after a while there was no response, so we resolved the issue by contacting them by phone. (I thought the 4,000 yen fee per bottle of wine was expensive, but since it was an anniversary, I decided to ask for it.)When I tried to contact Typhoon No. 10 (which is approaching at a slow pace with no clear path), I couldn't get through on the night of August 25th (4 days ago).If you cancel on 8/26 (3 days ago), the cancellation fee will be 80%, so on 8/25 (4 days ago), I have no choice but to cancel at 30%.I looked through the Consumer Affairs Center website, etc.``If the hotel is operating as usual, there will be a cancellation fee, but there are many cases where the hotel does not charge a cancellation fee due to typhoons, heavy snow, natural disasters, etc.'', so please contact the hotel. .The next day I received a call from a woman (the manager?).When I said, ``I really want to go, I would like to discuss whether it is possible to postpone the trip or cancel it.''"Typhoon? It's still a long way away, isn't it? Since you have already applied for cancellation, I will send you an invoice, so please transfer the money." Gacha. . (If you are recording phone calls to improve our service, please check them.)Even if it was canceled this time, I had planned to reschedule the event in November and let you know that I would be visiting again, but they didn't listen to me at all, and I was frightened by the sudden change in attitude. In the 7/24 application completion email, there was information about "Travel Reservation Cancellation Insurance", so I regret that I should have taken out the insurance during the typhoon season.I thought I would receive a bill via email, butI received an invoice for the cancellation fee in a sealed letter on August 30th.The form is administrative and similar to invoicing a vendor. (accommodation cancellation fee), but in the notes section, it says, ``If payment is not confirmed by the due date, we will contact you from our legal advisor,'' as if demanding a reminder. The VISION of the president of the operating company is as follows:``Aiming for a harmonious relationship between the irreplaceable nature and humans, we will continue to strive for a better tomorrow supported by the true ``richness of the heart'' that everyone continues to seek,'' the statement reads. .To the president and all employees.I would like you to share your vision once again.I have two requests for future development:①I would like you to check your email.② I would like to receive a courteous response when canceling.``If we have the opportunity to work together again, we look forward to working with you again.'' etc. (I'm going to become a fan!)*There was no reply even though I sent an email to the president.Japan is constantly worried about things like typhoons and earthquakes.I would like to post this because I sincerely hope that it will be an inn that people want to support especially in these times.
