I've been staying here for one night since February 4th.The main purpose of my visit was to be able to take a hot spring bath in my room, but only about 5 drops of water came out from the faucet with the hot spring symbol on it, but no hot spring water came out. When I tried to contact the facility, I couldn't get a call after 6pm, and even when I called the number given on the answering machine, it didn't answer, or the number was not currently in use, so I was just charged a call fee. They also couldn't help me.I ended up taking a bath in the hot water from the regular water heater, but it was too cold and I got cold quickly, unable to warm my body. It was the worst.I'm checking out tomorrow, so I'd like to call you in the morning and discuss it with you. Honestly, I would like a full refund.→I got in touch with you in the morning. The hot spring valve was not open. We were able to receive a refund and extend check-out. I won't come again, but I'm glad that you treated me with sincerity in the end.
