Sorry, only 2 stars, the atmosphere has been represented by another reviewer, namely "Desolate, Dark & Spooky".. But please add more lighting for street access or parking, buildings that are empty or no longer occupied/rented, just turn the front lights on, etc. Most importantly, at night it feels like the employees are going home because they are afraid at this location, the office feels like there are no staff or employees, so if you want to stay here at least look at the parking lot first, if there are 5+ cars parked that means it will be comfortable, if it's under 5 cars, it's better just next time

To be honest, the hotel is scary, especially when I went to this hotel, a friend of mine was in a trance, but the waiter didn't like it to be too noisy, the service was good, the TV broke when I arrived and it was immediately replaced, but it was a bit scary on the 1st floor because the hallway, FYI, it's really busy here. friends, at 1 pm I didn't dare sleep in my room. I went to my friend's room when someone knocked on the door once, the position was the side door, not the door that meets the other room, that's it😁🙏

When I stayed here during the LDKS it was comfortable, it was really comfortable, but what made it scary was that there were disturbances from invisible creatures, so it was scary, everything was good, I would say, the pool was a bit dirty.

Actually, the only downside is that the building is old, but to be honest, the room facilities at an affordable price are really good, and today I stayed at this hotel, at first it was a bit scary, it was quiet, but thank God it's safe, I hope there will be more lighting from the front to the street. Go to the room, and hopefully it will be busy again, because it's a shame the service is really good, not inferior to the five stars, the brothers are really good, good job, always successful, owner, I hope you will be more successful, Amen👍👍👍👍

Last week I stayed here, at first I was very afraid because of the lack of renovations and it was quiet... but when I stayed I was comfortable, there were no bad things, even the air was really cold, then I looked around and it turned out that this hotel was big and nice and it turned out that hills/mountains could be seen from the swimming pool and even from the room. ..but it's a shame that there are buildings that really block the view, even though one of the points that customers who want to stay at a Puncak hotel are looking for is the view (I hope the building is removed)..I hope there are investors who want to finance this hotel and renovated as modernly as possible, it will definitely be busy again, thx🙏-customer

11 January 2019 I came here with a school group.. the room was good, but the sheets were dirty.. the bathroom had a broken water button.. the water in the pool was dirty.. I was in the room adjacent to the downstairs hall.. the position of the room was upstairs.. very scary.. Maybe because it's quiet and hasn't been cleaned for a long time

The location after the peak is right in the direction of Cianjur.There are lots of rooms, there is a swimming pool, but you need to be extra careful when going down the stairs, it is a bit slippery and there are lots of leaves from the trees.The service is extraordinary.Always success for DPI
