The service attitude is super super good! As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by staff. My friend and I arrived earlier than expected, so we planned to go shopping, so we left our luggage at the counter. The view from the hotel is also great! Outside the window of the entire hotel lobby is the endless sea. When you walk out of the hotel at noon, you can even see the sparkling waves on the sea level. You can reach the observation deck just a minute's walk from the hotel, where you can enjoy a 180-degree view. Each group of guests will be greeted by a dedicated person upon check-in, and each group will be assigned a staff member who will provide tea breaks and tastings while waiting. After checking in, the staff will introduce you to your room, how to take a bath, breakfast time and the shuttle bus time. The view from the room is great, you can see the sunrise and sunset. Maybe because we have a Japanese-style room, the windows cannot be opened.During this trip, we also made a reservation for a private hot spring bath, which is open-air on the 7th floor of the annex and needs to be accessed through the connecting floor. The experience is very good, and the time for bathing is just at sunset. Finally, finally! The breakfast at this hotel is super rich and delicious!

I want to come again. I thought it would be noisy as it was located by the sea and I could hear the waves in the room. When you go to bed at night, it's a soothing sound that helps you sleep better.

The service is top-notch. There are Chinese-speaking waiters. There is a special car to pick up and drop off at the station. The food is good. The hot spring may not be hot enough. The sea view is beautiful. It is recommended for those who want to enjoy the service and atmosphere of the hotel.

This time, I stayed in a modern Japanese room at this hotel to celebrate my silver wedding anniversary.Anyway, the customer service was very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view. The private open-air bath for the hot springs was beautiful and had a great view, and the other open-air baths were great too, looking out at the ocean! ️When I left the hot spring in the morning, the miso soup was delicious. The food, stewed in goldfish, abalone, and sashimi, were very delicious, and the explanations, service, and customer service from the lady in charge were really good! ️I wanted to go again.

A absolutely stunning onsen hotel located just right by the sea and honestly you will not regret staying here! The hotel offers a free shuttle service that pick up tourists from the station and arrive to the hotel within a few minutes which is very convenient. (Be note the shuttle running times though)My family and I were warmly welcomed into the hotel with a cold cup of tea and given a detailed guide of the hotel. The staff that served me could not speak good English but she has a translator gadget which works well, and she also showed us these yukata which hotel guests can choose for free.Managed to book these two western rooms with balconies - Mirai and Tsukiha (would love to get the ones with private onsens but they were all reserved even we booked a month and half in advance). The rooms are both modern and spacious, offering a breathtaking view of the sea which one have to see in person to appreciate in full .There are two public onsen baths on the 7/F which alternate between male and female-only and both offer nice views of the sea. Managed to visit one at night which has a open bath “Sora” overlooking the sea and a indoor bath “Kamone”, fortunately there weren’t many people so we got to enjoy the onsen baths in peace and the hot spring didn’t feel that hot in the open air. Not to miss the milk drink which are sold outside the onsen baths too! And we also booked a 50 minute session in one of the private onsen baths “Full Moon” which the bath is decorated with stone and a nice experience too. Finally worth mentioning the dinner which my family got to experience in a private room, starting with a peach wine and had courses consist of fresh sashimi of local fishes, the red seabream which is a absolute delight, abalone and shabu shabu, ending with a nice dessert which I got to say is one of the best meals we had in Japan!
