We are at the hotel right now. My husband is lifetime titanium elite. We wanted to buy 2 drinks to bring to our room at 9:45pm on a Thursday night. There is a sign in front of the bar that says they close at 10pm. The bartender said they were closed. I pointed out the sign says 10pm and it was only 9:45. He said last call was 9:30, but we just arrived and didn't hear that. We couldn't discuss it with him at all. Tokyo. 9:30pm. No room service. The bar is closed???? Come on, Marriott. That is not very customer friendly.

As a platinum bonvoy member I came in expecting much more for a very pricey points redemption. (65k point a night) The gentleman at the desk was cordial but only gave me 1 day worth of free breakfast that is usually a perk of platinum status at every other property. The location is great but that is about it. The room were disastrously tiny and borderline dangerous.. toilet room light never went off, couch by bed was unusable unless you were a tiny person more like a Smurf, but most important the mattress was dancing on the bed frame and always sliding away from it. At one point it just sled leaving wood bedframe uncovered so that I accidentally ran into it and opened my leg.. just awful.. wouldn't recommend it to anyone especially at this outrageous rates.

Love this hotel, near to Ginza Street, nice and helpful staff, but one thing is the bathroom room concept, confusing its open bathroom, the room is good for two people, but the bathroom is a little strange, the sink is inside the room and not in the bathroom, and the shower place is in the bathroom, and its village. From Ginza Street, restaurants and markets are nearby, but

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception team was outstanding, going above and beyond to assist me despite the language barrier. Even though I don’t speak Japanese, they made every effort to understand my requests and provide helpful information, which made my stay so much easier. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the airport via bus. The room was also impressively designed with excellent sound insulation, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful stay without any disturbance from the corridors or elevators. The breakfast was delicious, and while the business hours were a bit short, the staff more than made up for it with their warm and welcoming service. They made sure we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I felt my oxygen levels were low in the middle of the night, so I called the front desk, and they immediately tested me with an oximeter and suggested what to do, and I was able to spend a comfortable time.Thank you for your quick and sincere response and appropriate advice!

I am enjoying staying at this hotel. The staff are super friendly, always smiling and greeting me as I come and go. The cleaning staff do an amazing job and are extremely friendly as well. The rooms are spotless! I appreciate that they replenish the water and amenities if you are having a long stay. I really like the amenities here and the location is perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

Had an amazing experience at the hotel. Super clean and very friendly staff. The only downside I’d say, is that they don’t have room service. There’s a cafe right outside (Tully’s) they have bites and coffee.

It was a surprising amount for a room in this hotel, but it may not be that expensive from a global perspective. I had a strong impression that it was a hotel for inbound tourists.
