It is a beautiful house with a great sea view, just a few minutes by foot to the beach. Jun was an exceptionally nice host. He was very helpful with Restaurant recommendations and tipps for side trips. Thank you again, we had a great time and will definitely come back when we return to Japan.

It was a fantastic facility reminiscent of the Swiss Family Tree House at Disneyland. The inside of the hotel was very stylish, reasonably priced, and very clean. I tried baking pizza in a pellet pizza oven, and the staff gave me detailed instructions, and the pizza dough they prepared was chewy and delicious.It was the best experience of this trip. I did. I highly recommend the pizza oven experience.

A cottage-style cottage located on a slightly higher ground near the very nice Yumigahama Beach? This is an accommodation facility. Several wooden buildings (cottages) are lined up along the cliff, and you can reach it by going up and down stairs. The cottage has everything you need to live (stay), such as cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a place to dry your laundry, a bath, shower, toilet, futon, etc. There is also plenty of air conditioning. The scenery is very nice, and you can see the mountains of the Izu Peninsula and the nearby green trees. It's the best location. The cottage itself feels a little old, but that's what makes it so quaint. A barbecue set is also available, and you can barbecue on the large balcony of each cottage. Yakiniku-like. You can also rent floats and boards for swimming. There is also an outside shower for when you come back from swimming at the beach. It is convenient to separate garbage and put it out near the entrance. This is the best place to fully enjoy the Izu Peninsula.

Simply incredible! It was the best place I've stayed to date. Those who are afraid of animals should take repellents and be aware that they are in the middle of nature. It's just a 5-minute walk to Yumigahama beach.You can also rent some beach items, we rented body boards and enjoyed the waves generated by the taifu (yes, we went on the day a taifu was scheduled to take place 😆)The place looks like it came out of a fairy tale. And with all the amenities such as a hot bath, comfortable futons, kitchen with utensils 🍴, electric stove, microwave, toaster, electric teapot, rice cooker, water filter, coffee beans to grind on the spotWe had a barbecue for a fee and they are the ones who light the barbecue, so you need to let them know in advance that you want to have a barbecue and at what time so they can leave it ready. They said the charcoal lasts about 3 hours, but I believe it lasted about 5 hours. You have to bring the meats and vegetables. There is a seven eleven about 7 minutes away and a market (max value) about 9 minutes by car.The service was also very good! The attendant is super friendly and attentive. Thank you very much for hosting 🙏

This is the nicest place we stayed during our 6 weeks in Japan. The rooms are really beautiful and fully equipped. The surroundings are particularly beautiful. You can easily stay here for a week. In addition, the owner Jun is the nicest man in Japan. He gave us all kinds of tips and in the evening he showed us the way where you can see thousands of fireflies (in May/June). I recommend Villla Yumigahama to everyone!
