A short walk from Shinbashi Station. If breakfast is included, you can choose to spend 800 yen at a convenience store, Ootoya, or a Western restaurant. The reception is on the second floor, and there are two buildings. Although the service is simple, it is still a good hotel.

This hotel is less than 3mins from the shimbashi station, take hibiya exit and you should see a black model train as you exit. Then turn right and look for the family mart, the hotel is above. Check in is at 3 but they held our cases. Were we on the 9 floor in a deluxe room, small by western standards. The room was adequate for two adults with cases. There is complimentary tea, coffee and toiletries. The toiletries were very good. The is a fridge but no safe. The WiFi was fast. I like the usb adapters provided and the pajamas. Breakfast was in the restaurant next door and it was OK. Had dinner there one night and it was good. The beds are comfortable and slept well. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as the 4 am trains will wake you. The hotel is on a quiet street corner however. The family mart downstairs was excellent. I used the washing machine which was good, 500 yen for 120mins which included drying and detergent. You can see the time left on the flat screen TV in the room. There is also complimentary amenities from reception, loved the lotions and face mask. Excellent location and you will be spoilt for restaurant choice. There is a good Chinese restaurant behind the hotel. There is another choice for breakfast if you wanted a western breakfast but there was one lady serving and she ignored us so we left. We had breakfast from the family mart instead which was good. I would stay here again.

First of all, the location is at Exit 7 of the Ginza Line, so subway access is very convenient.Even if you come to Haneda Airport later, it is easy to get to Shimbashi Station as it is not far away. It's the same when I goI don't know if he's the one who cleans the room every day.If you are someone who doesn't like to clean your room, please keep in mind that this room must be cleaned once every three days. Also, please note that we store your luggage after check-out, so there is no need to look for a coin locker. And there are a lot of Shimbashi izakayas behind the hotel, so they are delicious. And if you want unique Toriyaki, I recommend Torikyu.I had a great time for 6 nights and 7 days. Thanks enjoy japan

During my many business trips to Tokyo, I often use the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Shinbashi Hibiyaguchi Hotel, and this time I had a pleasant stay. Hotel rates in Tokyo have become much more expensive these days, but I often choose Sotetsu Fresa Inn Shinbashi Hibiyaguchi Hotel for my JAL Class J flight and hotel package. This hotel is very reasonable among the package rates, and is ideal for work in Tokyo, a night out in Tokyo, and a solo lunch or dinner at Shinbashi Station. The location of the hotel, which is the closest hotel, is really convenient, and it is a very helpful hotel. The purpose of staying at a hotel is different for each person, but for me, after finishing work in Tokyo and going out for drinks at night, I was swayed by the crowded Yamanote Line and had a drink alone near Shinbashi Station. . Or, finish off with some standing food or soba noodles at the west exit shopping street.Just 2-3 minutes walk from Hibiya Exit to Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hibiya Exit Hotel. Purchase standard bath salts and cold tea at the convenience store on the first floor, then self-check in at the front desk on the second floor! After choosing the necessary amenities, head to your room. Although it cannot be called a large room, it is very clean, well-cleaned, and feels comfortable.I often stay at hotels in Tokyo, but this Sotetsu Fresa Inn Shinbashi Hibiyaguchi is quite convenient and is a hotel that I would like to stay at again. This is a recommended hotel.Of course 5 stars!

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is amazing, the view is amazing, family mart on the ground floor, and tons of restaurants close by.Storage is available by the check in desk so that was a nice service. I wish they had some kind of good parking available nearby. I parked at the Daiwanet hotel next door, and overnight parking for one night was 20000yen!

The price is affordable, the room is very clean, and the transportation is very convenient. There is a convenience store downstairs without leaving the building. The service staff has a very good attitude. The self-service check-out machine is very convenient. The most important thing is that the large suitcase can be spread directly in the aisle! It's really great. The only drawback is that when using the Asakusa Line to enter and exit Haneda Airport, passengers with a lot of luggage may want to consider other transportation methods (the Limousine bus next to it will resume service as soon as possible)

The photo is misleading. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in. It’s so small that there is no room to open my luggage case. There is even no fan in the restroom. So the room is super humid after taking showers. Unless you have no other choices, this won’t be a pleasant place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and were really satisfied. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The property is divided into two adjacent buildings and our room was in the main building. At the reception there are many free personal care products (hairbrush, toothbrush, razor, hair and face masks and much more). In the corridor on each floor there is a shelf with pajamas that you can take yourself, while the towels for the bathroom were changed every day on request. The property is well connected to the rest of the city because it has a metro and JR line stop within walking distanceThe standard double room is livable, we had two large and two small bags and by keeping them closed one on top of the other we were able to move around in peace. The double bed is smaller than European double beds, but comfortable. Also, there was a kettle and cups in the room. The bathroom is quite small with a Japanese toilet and a bathtub with integrated shower. In the bathroom there were shampoo, conditioner, body wash and face and hand cleanser. Finally, the room is equipped with a hairdryer and a multi USB socket. Our experience at this hotel was very positive, I recommend it.
