To be honest, the message reply is very slow. If you have any questions, it’s best to ask them as early as possible. For the key password, I started asking my boss for the password a week in advance, so he did give me the password two days in advance. The location is okay, just in the countrysideThe room, to be honest, at this price and with all the equipment inside, what else can I say, it’s really pretty goodWill want to come again if I have the chance! I really think it’s pretty good

I've been wanting to stay at Bise Village for at least 2 nights for a long time, so I made a reservation. I was very worried because of the bad reviews, but in the end, it was the best accommodation. It may be difficult for those with sensitive skin because it is an eco-friendly place, but the inside of the accommodation is larger and neater than expected, and I really like the tatami space. If you go out the door, you can see all kinds of things, including lizards, centipedes, and hermit crabs. However, if you go out at night, it's a little scary because there are no real street lights. This part may be a different experience for some people.Like other reviews, they gave me my pin number the day before my stay, which is a bit disappointing, but everything else made it the best experience for my family. I definitely want to come again.

The bed is full of dust mites...by chance? ? !The light on the bed is full of dust...Three members of my family were stabbed in over 20 places...I tried to contact them to ask them to make my bed, but I couldn't get through to them...The office is about a 10 minute drive from Bise, so the only option is to go there directly.I stayed there for 5 nights last year, but I guess it's a hit or miss. It's just dirtier than before lol

Lovely place with everything you need. Very quiet location. Close to the beach. It looked like it wasn't cleaned for weeks. Lots of dust and we even found underwear under the bed. They gave us the password of both of the houses somit was confusing which house to stay in as we could go in both houses. Which is strange.

It might be a bad hotel. I was supposed to receive the hotel door code two days before my stay, but it never arrived. I was really worried and sent emails, phone calls, and EXPEDIA messages, but I didn't hear from them. Disappointed that I had been deceived, I booked another hotel. However, on the same day, I received a notification email around 10am. There was no sincerity in offering a refund or apologizing for their responsibility, which made me sad. People from overseas have posted the same thing, but since the price is lower, they may be taking advantage of that.

Due to schedule, I made two reservations a few days apart, but the email I was supposed to receive two days in advance informing me of the key code did not arrive, and the host lost contact with me. I only received notification a day before departure and stayed. However, the condition of the room was dirty. When I lay down and look at the ceiling, it is full of spider webs, and the living room cabinet and the surrounding area are all covered in dust. It's nature-friendly, so bugs and lizards are understandable, but... Plus, there's no internet or TV.Still, I made a reservation for another room a few days later for the next room, so I waited for an email, but this time, I didn't hear anything or answer the phone until late the night before. In the end, I complained to the site where I made the reservation and received a refund. The location of the accommodation is good because it is right in front of Bisezaki, but it is very poorly maintained. Not recommended.
