Why you should come here:1. The location of the villa is very strategic for those who like silence and really cool weather2. There are 3 villas, all of which are nice, I stayed in 3 villas...3. Based on my experience of staying here, the villa is very clean, the rooms are spacious, the bathroom is nice, the toilet is clean, the water heater functions very well4. In my opinion, the kitchen equipment is complete, although it's not very complete, but it's quite okay5. The service from the villa guard is very friendly... If I'm not mistaken, his name is Kang Firman, thank you very much, Brother Firman for being kind to us, we are friendly too, I hope you have lots of good fortune, long life, bro...6. If those who own villas are reading this, please increase the salaries of the villa guards, because they look after their villas very well and are friendly towards visitors, which is a very positive value.7. The swimming pool is clean even though it is not big enough and is shared with others, but again the pool is well maintained8. For karaoke, this is really good with great sound and a good mic, auto satisfaction9. The only downside is the dimegicom, I don't know if it's damaged or what, I just cooked it and checked it 30 minutes later it wasn't cooked, I don't know if it was damaged or what... But this is a note and suggestion to buy a new megicom...A brief review from me.. Anyway, my colleagues and I are satisfied here.. Thank you, flamboyant villa 🙏

The villa is good, the guards are friendly, the villa is safe, cool, clean, only the villa I lived in was in Flamboyan. 1 room had a leak, everything leaked, the rest was good.

The place is comfortable, far from the noise of vehicles, the road access to the CKP location is wide so you don't have to worry about passing other cars, the villa guard is very friendly & very helpful, namely with buying what guests need.

As for the location and place, it's comfortable, but this villa also seems like there are marketing/brokers like that for intermediaries.So the story goes that the order to A was transferred 2 weeks before the H date, but when we arrived it turned out that the deposit had only been given on the 1st day so when we arrived the villa wasn't neat yet, the bed sheets hadn't been installed yet.That's it, there's not enough human resources, right? 1 person to handle the 4 villas. Hadehhh, what was messed up was when we requested an extra bed, we were told beforehand how much we wanted to prepare it, but in fact we only got it from 2 in the afternoon at 10 at night.The villa is also incomplete, the cutlery is also incomplete.

Small villas (looks like there are 4 units, we only stayed in one of them) with large common carports. It also seems that every unit has same layout, so basically in each unit there are three bedrooms with bathroom in each of them and a common space integrated with kitchen. They're pretty neat and clean, and well maintained. They provide us with these amenities: gas stove, dishes, filled water dispenser, refrigerator, satellite TV with 40 something channels, WiFi with enough bandwidth for a family, and water heaters for each bathroom (funny, there are 2 heaters for 3 bathrooms. so one unlucky bathroom doesn't have the hot water). No swimming pool (but we don't care about it, so it's ok).Set aside some minor inconveniences, we really impressed with the view from our unit. 5/5! would recommend.
