The owner, Mr. Kuma, has such a powerful personality that you can captivate him within 10 minutes of meeting him. Not only are the meals made with fresh ingredients delicious, but the stories and gestures made to entertain you right in front of you make the meal even more valuable. I had such a wonderful night that I don't think I'd ever come across such a fun and delicious meal. Before I knew it, 3 hours had passed in the blink of an eye, and when dinner time was over, I felt like I was going to be left behind, and it made me want to definitely come here again. The next morning, after breakfast, the kind and regular customers showed me around the beautiful scenery while I satiated myself, which became a fond memory of my trip. I would like to visit you again.

As Maha Harada (author) says, Kuma-chan's sushi is the best sushi in Japan. Kobisezaki's ``Ki'' is the best.

Newsweek magazine introduced him as a craftsman who elevated sushi to the level of art, and I heard that Prince Takamado, a member of the imperial family, came to see Mr. Kumamoto incognito while he was still alive, and spent the night with his respected seniors. Thank you for joining us. We enjoyed the top-notch sushi prepared by Mr. Kuma, and the conversation was very interesting and deep! It's no wonder that people keep coming from all over the country to see the bears. I would like to visit again as a place to flatten myself.
