Don't book here, apart from the bad price, bad service and bad conditions, everything from the dirt in every corner to the smells, the bathroom is 1x1m2, you can't move around, you can't do your business and you can't shower or shower. bathe. The conditions are terrible. Look for something else if you want to enjoy your trip to Japan

Unlike other reviews, I had a good room. Granted, it's a bit of an old building, but my room was clean and odor free. It's good value for money for a small apartment. Nothing is perfect, but it gets the job done.

Do not book this apartment!!Small, dirty, smelled awful, and the sofa bed is broken and you can't sleep on it in good conditions. The fatal toilet! There was no proper cleaning and the stench was unbearable. Apart from that, the towels provided in the apartment had not been properly washed and also smelled of dirt.You will find all the electrical equipment with cello attached to the walls as well as wiring hanging behind the cabinet doors. Fire hazard!We are still waiting for our money back. Do not book this apartment!!

IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF TOKYO DO NOT GO THERE We had huge problems with this property, dp not go.We booked it for three nights but when we arrived there the bathroom was really dirty and smelly and the towels too, it was impossible to use any of them. We tried to have a shower and it was clogged. The extra bed was too small and it was not in a great condition to sleep, one bed sheets was missing for one person so we slept on the matress and also the blankets in the wardrobe were full of dust. The installations were deficient and dangerous because the electric cables were fix it with tape on the wall.We contact them to explain the situation at night and ask for a new room in a good condition and they told us to go out if we pay the first night and they told us that will refund me the last 2 days (25,189yens). Today I checked the bank account and they only refund us half of one day (6,000yens).

Not recommended at all.Firstly, it doesn’t seem like a hotel at all.I’d give 0 star if possible but can’t. Some of the comments are:1. Lift smell like something awful; corridor smells cigarette smoke.2. We were hoping to get the good sleep in the room But as soon as we entered the door, there was rotten smell in the room. Linen was dirty, we had to get it washed. When we pickup the linen to get it washed; mattress had the yellow dirty stain patches.
