The response is so bad that I want to set everything to 0.When I told them that I wanted to cancel my trip because my child had mycoplasma pneumonia, I was charged the full amount of 52,341 yen for two nights as a cancellation fee, even though I notified them 3 days in advance.They only talk about money without caring about the child's health.It can't be helped that there will be a cancellation fee, but I don't understand why they charge the full amount and then allow you to book the site again.I informed the front desk manager over the phone, but the procedure was as per the manual and no refund was possible.She's slow to pick up the phone, keeps repeating the calls, and it's really the worst. I will never take a reservation again.I'm actually glad I didn't go to such a strange hotel.postscriptThe fact that they go out of their way to reveal their full names shows the humanity of the front desk staff. In August, I stayed in a room on the first floor with a wooden deck.Stayed with 2 familiesThe room was clean and spacious enough.There are two shower rooms and a bath, so it's nice to be able to separate and wash your body on your way back from the sea.Tiger Beach is a 2-minute walk away and there is water at the entrance of the hotel, so you can wash off the sand from the floats and sand before entering your room.From July to August, only Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays will be held at nearby hotels.The event started at 9pm and the fireworks were displayed for about 5 minutes from the special seats, and the children were so satisfied that they even wrote about it in their picture diary.For dinner, there are several famous restaurants in Onna Village within a 10-minute walk, so I think the location is ideal.Check-in is unmanned, so you can spend your stay comfortably without passing anyone.As shown in the video, if you bring the clothesline you bought for 100 yen, you can easily dry your swimsuits and rash guards on the balcony.

The room is very clean.It's easy to park your car, and the common hallways are clean!I stayed at 203. It had an ocean view.Tiger Beach is also very close⛱️Are there not enough amenities? andI wish the kitchen had more supplies!

Spacious & very comfortable & clean stay. The room we booked looked exactly as the pics. All facilities worked. The only thing I would say is to have more towel racks or hooks to hang the towels. The location was also good, easily accessible to many restaurants.

The room is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people. You can park your car under the eaves at will. There are no designated seats. You can check in and check out by yourself. It’s quite good. It’s in the middle of Okinawa and you can’t travel to and from various attractions. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. There is also a supermarket 3 kilometers away. There is an attached kitchen in the room (basic kitchen utensils are included, including bowls, knives and pots).

When checking in, the customer who came earlier was confused, so I think it might be a little difficult for elderly people, but we were able to check in without any trouble! The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was how spacious the room was! ! ! ! And clean☆彡And 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 4 beds! ! ! We went as a family of 4, and there was a Japanese-style room, so if we put the kids to bed on futons, the room was big enough for 3 families to stay.\(^o^)/There were several izakaya restaurants nearby. At check-in, we had a problem with the room key not being released due to a bug in the device that required us to enter the password, but the staff answered the phone and responded quickly. I was able to check in without stress as they provided me with a room key using the master key.In addition, all the guests were very satisfied with the fact that the room was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer, plenty of towels, tableware, and an outlet near the pillow of each bed.Also, keep in mind that Onna Village, one of Okinawa's leading resort areas, is well-stocked with convenience stores and izakaya bars, and has great advantages such as being able to go to the beach for a morning walk. Due to the location, you can see the ocean, but the building obstructs the view and you can't see the sandy beach, so don't expect too much.However, the cost performance is very good, so I would like to use this hotel again next time.
