We stayed just one night, but Kenta San was such an amazing host! We hiked there from Kitadake so to be able to grab a cold beer and have a delicious warm meal when we arrived was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and you fall asleep listening to the river flowing by. We got lucky to have clear sky when we woke up and saw Mt Fuji at sunrise, and then had great breakfast.Thank you Kenta San for your kindness and hospitality.

I stayed here yesterday for one night and two meals. When I descended from Mt. Nochodake, I was downhill all the way and it was very hard on my body. It was really helpful to have a mountain hut here. Miso soup was delicious.

This is the mountain cabin where we stayed on the second day of our trek through the Southern Alps.I used the tent site, but it was a little worse than the Kitatake Mountain Lodge where I stayed on the first day.Perhaps because you come down a lot from the altitude, you can pitch your tent on the lawn in front of the lodge and in the forest behind it.The fee to use the tent is 1,500 yen, and reservations are not possible, so it is on a first-come, first-served basis. People do not come here often, so those who want to use the tent can just go.Usually only Koreans do a lot of running.

I used it for a tent night. It was beautifully landscaped and comfortable. If the sky is clear, you can see Mt. Fuji right in front of you, but it only popped out for a moment.
