I had booked for 2 nights because the reviews were great. However, the flight was canceled due to bad weather, so when I called to cancel the flight the day before, the response from the male staff member who answered the phone was terrible.The cancellation fee regulations include, but are not limited to, cases such as disasters, etc., and the cancellation fee will be collected.Even though I made a reservation from the official website, Jalan-san told me to cancel the reservation, but when I told them that Jalan-san didn't do it, I was told that if I made a reservation from the official website, I was making the reservation through Jalan-san. (I don't know this because I don't go to Jalan's website during the reservation process.) However, since I haven't made a reservation at Jalan, I can't even cancel it, and I can't cancel the day before unless I call. It's listed.Even though I told them at the beginning of the call that the flight was cancelled, they didn't understand.In the end, he told me that it was up to the credit card company to decide whether or not to charge a cancellation fee, so I replied that I didn't know.I asked if the credit card company was only acting as a payment agent and it was up to them to decide whether or not there would be a cancellation fee, but I was adamant that I didn't know.I was originally planning to cancel only one night, but the phone response was so sloppy that I ended up canceling both nights.I haven't received my refund yet so I don't know what will happen, but I am so unconvinced that I am writing this.It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it because of all the great reviews.

The location is a little far, but that's okay.The room is also a loft and it feels like an attraction, which is exciting.It's fun because you can go to the sea right away.The private open-air bath was also fun.

I stayed for consecutive nights. About 1 hour by high-speed train from Naha Airport.It is located in a very quiet place surrounded by nature.The parking lot is also spacious. The rooms are clean and tidy. (Twin beds in the second part) There was also a balcony. The only disappointing thing was that the unit bath was quite small.We eat breakfast outside, but there was one cafe-like place within walking distance! (There is a microwave in the lobby) There are many convenience stores on both sides, so there is no problem.There was a jacuzzi on the rooftop and a private open-air bath that you could reserve by the time, which was great! !1 minute walk from the hotel to the sea. You can relax and not meet many people. I was very grateful that there were floats, showers, and rental towels outside the hotel.There is one washing machine in the lobby. Due to the abundance of nature, we recommend bringing insect repellent.The hotel staff was kind and helpful, making it a comfortable and happy trip.

It is located near Nago in Onna Village and has good access!1.5 hours by airport shuttleIt's nice to take a walk in the morning or evening on the beach right in front of the beach.A small hideaway hotel with only 5 roomsA maisonette-style room that makes you feel like you're on a camping trip.The staff are also friendly and nice.

Great location in the northern part of Onna Village, 30 seconds from the beach. The room is a maisonette, so it's easy to spend time, and the friendly staff is fun to talk to.There's a jacuzzi and an open-air bath, so it's a very nice hotel.

I found it!I found a nice hidden hotelThis is a small hotel with 5 twin rooms.Thanks to everyone's reviews, my family members prepared for street view, so we were able to arrive without passing by.The room has two beds in the loft, and the bathroom in the room is the same as the toilet.This time, my family (4 adults) was divided into 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights.It's been a long time since I last visited Okinawa, and the weather was nice, so I had breakfast at a convenience store on the balcony for all three nights, listening to the birds and the sound of the waves!LOLAfter passing through the path from the hotel parking lot, there was an emerald beach.It felt so good already! There weren't many people, the waves were calm, and there was a refreshing breeze, so I'm at a loss for words.This time, I chose Onna Village because of its easy access to sightseeing, but I wanted to spend the whole day here rather than sightseeing here and there. I would like to spend my time like that next time.The staff were also very kind. Thank you for your help 😊

All the staff are kind and the hotel is very comfortable.The hotel is small and quiet, and there is no elevator, so it may be difficult to move around with large luggage. Suitable for young couples.It's a Mesomet style, and the bath is small (you can use the rooftop jacuzzi by the hour instead), so it's not suitable for elderly people.The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find, but it's right next to the sea. There is a thicket of trees on the beach, and the sea view looks like you can see far offshore.I was worried that the goats being raised on the property next door would smell bad due to the wind direction, but they were fine.
