This was my second stay here. Even though it was a sudden reservation, they accommodated us very quickly.Just like last time, the food was delicious and the hot springs were great. My big dogs also had a relaxing time. It was a stay where I was comforted and encouraged by the smiles and hard work of the hostess and young hostess. My husband requested his favorite brand of beer, and it truly felt like coming to a relative's house.I'll work hard again tomorrow! This is the best inn to nourish your energy.

I was able to relax my mind and body with my wife, son, and dog.First of all, the building and furnishings are completely Showa era. That alone will make you feel at ease. The sound of the clock ticking in the entrance hall is so nostalgic. The purpose of this trip was to visit the hot springs, and the hot springs were much stronger than I expected. The hot water, with floating flowers and a slight sulfur scent, blends into your skin and feels really good. It was hot water that I wanted to stay in forever and it was a waste to let it come out. I'd like to go back in the fall or winter when the water doesn't get cold and my body gets cold. I'm so jealous that everyone staying at the hotel can enjoy this famous hot spring every day.The food, which can only be found at an inn in the mountains, was delicious and had a simple taste. Amago is definitely the best! The meat is fluffy and seasoned with good grilling and saltiness. Although optional, this amago and deer tataki is a must-try. The thick and fine shiitake mushrooms were also delicious. For breakfast, the fluffy rice cooked in the oven is the best. If you eat it with freshly grated wasabi, you won't be able to stop using your chopsticks. Full and happy from the morning.Unfortunately, it was raining so we couldn't go outside during our stay, but we took turns enjoying the hot springs and reading the over 300 manga in the large hall. I finished reading Oshi no Ko.The only difficulty I have is the way to the inn. Are there any places where you can't pass each other on the way? It's nice to have a famous hot spring that we worked hard to find, but we need Shizuoka Prefecture to do something about this.It was a waste to stay just two nights, and I wanted to stay longer. I would like to visit you again. Thank you very much for your help during this time.

I used it as a night stay before climbing Hakkomine and Yamabushi. Even though I was staying alone, I was provided with a spacious room, a large but healthy and delicious dinner menu, a smooth and warm hot spring bath, and a quiet and quiet inn environment that was beyond my expectations. I am now able to relax. What impressed me most was how well packed the lunch box was prepared for my early morning departure! While climbing, I was able to fully charge my energy. Also, I was planning to walk from the hotel to the trailhead, but thank you for driving me there. If I have a chance, I would definitely like to stay again during the autumn foliage season.

Deep hot springs and clean rooms. I also really liked the food as it was easy on my stomach. The nearby Abe no Otaki Falls was also wonderful and gave a sense of adventure (though it may be dangerous for young children).

Winter 2023I asked again. (4th time)After all, it's a nice atmosphere and you can relax. It's great in the summer, but in the winter, you can relax under the kotatsu in your room or take a hot spring bath to warm your mind and body. This time I ordered an additional boar hotpot.Even the kids could eat it without smelling the boar smell. Above all, the volume was huge and I was full⭕️Thank you very much for the children's meals. It's a family-run inn, so you can relax in the lobby. The young landlady's children come crawling around to play, and her daughter is drawing, which makes me feel at ease.I wonder if I can't meet my cat because it's cold? That's what I thought, but since it's so cold, Chacha often comes to the lobby. It was even colder so my child was so happy when I came to sit on her lap!! ️Thank you Chacha-chan for coming to my room ◎It's a very nice inn even in winter.Summer 2023I visited again, this time for the third time.(I couldn't go once because a typhoon was approaching...)I was relieved that my usual room was prepared for me.This time it was said to be fully booked, but the bath was reserved for private use and meals were served in the room, so it didn't feel crowded. The cats were cute, and we were free to relax in the manga corner and play area, and the meals were provided separately for adults and children.Everyone was allowed to bring their own fireworks and it seemed like everyone had fond memories of their summer vacation ^ ^There's nothing around, but that's a good thing. It's a fun inn to stay in slowly. It's fun to drive and look for deer and wild animals on the way back and forth.I always come across it (if I look for it patiently)I used it on a family trip.my child likes cats,As soon as I arrived at the inn, I fell in love with the cats!Even when I got bored, they let me use the large hall as a kids room to play in, and they lent me lots of manga, so my parents had fun too. Please discuss the layout of the room in advance. We were worried that the noise would be a nuisance for our family of 6 and 4 children, but they provided us with a room the size of 2 rooms on the first floor so as not to affect other guests.Coincidentally, we were the only guests on the night of our stay, but we were grateful for your consideration in advance. There is only one bath, but as the name of the inn suggests, the water is fed directly from the source of Umegashima Onsen, and there are flowers floating in the bathtub. It will be so moist and smooth that you don't need to moisturize after taking a bath!I had made a reservation for my youngest child (4 years old) as he did not need to eat, but the inn kindly provided us with two children's lunch-style meals and even lent us a child's yukata. Ta◎Shiitake mushrooms are delicious like steak! Also, it was my first time eating yamame trout, and it was very delicious◎It was a very warm and homely inn run by a family. thank you very much.Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures of the inn because checkout was a bit hectic...I would like to go again, thank you very much (^^

The building seemed older than I expected, but I was relieved that it was well maintained.Very satisfied with the hot springs and foodIt was my first time having wasabi rice for breakfast, and it was easy and delicious.I enjoyed the always cheerful proprietress.Abe no Otaki is nearby and it takes less than 30 minutes one way.It was a very nice waterfall.
