Overall I am satisfied. Contrary to its appearance, the dining room seems a bit old. Still, the dining room is large and good for the price. It's a bit far from the subway, but it's still worth walking. If you book early, you can travel at a cost-effective price.

Nice at first glance but many inconveniences make it hard to recommend. I'm in a premium room and it has no closet or storage or drawers so it is not possible to unpack your clothes. If you want to clean your clothes, there is one (!) expensive washer/drier for this entire 130+ room hotel and it doesn't dry at all. And don't plan on having zoom meetings or working because the internet frequently cuts out. It's just not the quality I would expect from a hotel at this cost when compared to others in the area. On the plus side, the rooms are very pretty and well decorated. The breakfast buffet is above average. Area is great. And contrary to other reviews I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Overall though I'm disappointed and would not recommend.

Rooms are fine, much as expected and the location is good if you enjoy the madness that is Kabokichu.Had several interactions with front desk staff that, although they were quite good in English, were unhelpful and straight up rude - questions about Tokyo, transportation, luggage forwarding, laundry etc. were brushed off. And note: their internal laundry service is crazy expensive, or you can hope to use on of the two washers available for an 11 story building of guests. :)

The hotel is in a lively part of Shinjuku and yet it is peaceful. The roof bar is a great place for a light meal or drinks in the evening and the breakfast is very good. The economy rooms are quite small if you are a couple travelling with luggage so it is worth paying for a larger room.
