Bumi Ciherang Hotel & Villa

First time here via Shopee which works together with Agoda. However, on Shopee the address is different from G Map, the distance difference is ±5KM. The hotel is in the Villa area, I'm not sure whether the management is the same or different. The entrance to the villa and hotel is very lush and slightly uphill. The hotel is quite far from the main road.The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are clean, the bathroom equipment is complete, the water heater responds quickly to heat, the cupboards are large, the lights are bright, the TV has lots of smart TV channels but is not connected to the internet, the rooms are not musty because the windows are very large with curtains, there are welcome drink in the form of 2 bottles of mineral water, coffee and tea as well as a water heater kettle. Includes breakfast of nasgor, and tea & coffee. Initially I brought toiletries to ensure that there were no toiletries at the hotel, but it turned out to be very completeOther facilities include a swimming pool and multifunctional court for futsal, badminton and basketball, but the pool is not cleaned.We got it from Shopee for 480 thousand. Of course, each application has a different price

Very satisfying service.The breakfast menu is also quite delicious and varied, what's not missing is that the environment is very comfortable with the cool air.Even though there was an incident that was a bit shocking because we had already booked, it turned out that the room was full. But what I really liked was that the problem solving was extraordinary, so that I was given a place to stay in 1 villa which happened to be empty as compensation🤩..This is a recommendation for those of you who want to stay here.

Very beautiful...For a 3 star hotel the service is 5 star...Just repair the furniture to polish it so it looks prettier...Thank You

Nice room.. nice atmosphere.. hot water works well.. there is a water heater for coffee/tea.. in the morning you can hear the sound of birds chirping.. there is a quite large swimming pool

Friendly service, clean rooms, clean swimming pool, normal warm water, TV in the room has a settop box so it's safe.

I don't know how many times I've stayed here,Just for a stopover or it is intended to have a staycation in the Puncak/Cipanas area. When I first discovered this hotel, I was staying with my parents 7 years ago. And now that you are married, you live with your partner. This hotel is suitable for quality time with couples or with families who bring children.With a budget of 300 thousand, there is a swimming pool that is suitable for use, superior rooms (can choose Queen bed / 2 single beds) already have breakfast, Smart TV (Yes, you can Netflix and chill here...), complete equipment & supplies (toiletries, 2 towels , bed sheets, pillowcases and blankets are super clean), water heather works, tea & coffee is provided in the room and the rooms are spacious.Even though this is an old hotel, it consistently maintains its quality and is no less contemporary without leaving an authentic impression.Quiet environment, far from the hustle and bustle of the capital/crowds, located in an authentic villa complex without any horror at all. Children of the 80s and 90s will definitely understand the feeling and will remember their childhood when they were on holiday with their family.Especially for the staff, if there were 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars. The staff here always make me feel warm every time I visit, like family (even though the staff is different, which means that the quality of service here is really maintained right down to the behavior of the staff).At first I was hesitant to write my impressions on Google / online booking applications, because I was worried that irresponsible guests would come and ruin the impressions I felt every time I stayed here.But this time I didn't hesitate because it's true that this hotel & resort really needs to be recommended.
