I visited with a friend from work. We came down from Satta Pass. It is located right next to Yui Station on the JR Tokaido Main Line. If you want to eat dishes using Yui's famous Sakura shrimp, this is the place. It seems like they have a system where they make one serving for each visitor, so you can feel very elegant.The inside of the store is a Japanese-style room with table seating.In my personal opinion, it might be better if there were counter seats too♪Anyway, it's a good memory.

The next day was a perfect day to see Mt. Fuji, so I picked up Mt. Hamaishi in a hurry. When I was searching for a place to stay near the nearest station, Sakuraebino-machi Yui, I found Miharu Ryokan, which is very close to the station, and it seemed like a good place to stay.Since I had a reservation for the next day, I nervously called and they were very kind.As for the meal contents, they were happy to prepare the meal for my selfish request that I couldn't eat a lot but I didn't want to skip the sakura shrimp type.Both the bathroom and the room are very clean, and the wonderful embroidered pictures (or rather, I guess) that are displayed in the room are handmade by the landlady! It seems that his careful work style has been passed down through the years in the hotel's hospitality, and I was able to spend a comfortable time there.The view of Mt. Fuji from Mt. Hamaishi the next day was also perfect.

Visited for lunch. We took off our shoes at the entrance and were led to a dining room with tatami flooring. The dining area is very clean, with tables laid out in a spacious manner, and every nook and cranny has been thoroughly cleaned. It seems like they are paying attention to ventilation and the air is clean.This time, I wanted to try both Sakura shrimp and whitebait, so I decided on the Sakura shrimp and whitebait kakiage set meal (1,200 yen). In addition, I ordered an additional piece of fried sakura shrimp (300 yen) and raw whitebait (450 yen).I ate it with grated ginger and soy sauce, and it was so delicious that I couldn't help but groan. A warm meal will follow. I was lucky because it seems that it only appears on the menu on the day it is caught.Freshly fried food will be delivered to your table. It's filled with plenty of sakura shrimp, and has an exquisite crispy and then fluffy texture. The unique and noble aroma of sakura shrimp will fill your mouth. It was my first time having whitebait tempura, but it was also delicious. It also goes great with matcha salt.I was engrossed in raw shirasu and kakiage, and before I knew it, my rice bowl was empty. I asked for a refill of rice (refills are free).Place all of the kettle-fried sakura shrimp and kettle-fried whitebait on top of warm rice to create a luxurious sakura shrimp and shirasu bowl. This is also definitely delicious.Even the soups and pickles are delicious!Seriously, this was my first time having such a delicious Sakura shrimp and whitebait set meal. Even cheaper. It was a very satisfying lunch.The kind and courteous customer service from the host and his wife is also wonderful, making the delicious meal even more delicious.Thank you for the meal!
