I wasn't interested in big resorts, so I stayed for two nights at this one that just opened this year. This is a twin room.I made a reservation through Agoda, but I had some questions to inquire about, so I sent them an email, but they didn't reply, and they said they also offer SUP tours, so I applied for SUP through Instagram, but they didn't contact me, so I called them. He looked suspicious and said, "Yes? I'll check." I was worried that I had failed, but the person in charge of SUP contacted me back, and he was very friendly. When I told him that the person at the hotel had not responded, he said, "I will contact you!", so I finally felt at ease. .On the day, walk from the port and check in.A kind lady gave me an explanation and the room was clean and I felt at ease. However, the room was full of insects and they would fall onto the futon, so I sprayed insecticide, but in the middle of the night, small insects hit my hands and the futon, and I was shocked. The room was air-conditioned and had a refrigerator for small drinks, so it was comfortable, but there was no air-conditioning in the hallway or kitchen, so it was hellishly hot.It seems that it was originally a dormitory-like facility, and there are remnants of that in the bathroom, but it was easy to use and clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can use the large refrigerator, so it seems like you can do a lot of cooking. However, there is only one store on the island and there aren't many ingredients, so it will be difficult to procure something here and cook.Since there was no breakfast, I was at a loss as to what to do.There was no explanation for that, so I called and asked about it, but I was told that Ishigaki Island had no choice but to procure something.I had high hopes because I heard that the inn had a cafe and a bakery, but during my stay, it wasn't open and there was no sign of anyone. We managed to get some rice balls and bread from Ishigaki Island, but it seems like we won't be able to have a proper breakfast here. The good thing was that there was a coffee machine and you could drink coffee by paying with PayPal or cash into the bottle. They also sold toothbrushes, laundry detergent, and drinks in the refrigerator. The washing machine was free to use, and there was a place to dry clothes in the hallway, so I was able to dry my clothes overnight. The inconvenient thing is that there is no staff on site, so you have to call and ask.I had also asked to rent a bicycle with SUP, but they hadn't talked about that either, but they confirmed it and made a reservation for me.Even though there is guidance on the website, I felt like it wasn't working and I had to check it over and over again. There was nothing written about transportation, but the bicycle rental shop said, ``You'll be able to pick up and drop off normally, right?'' so I had them take me to the port on the way back.It was helpful because I had a large suitcase. It seems like they will do it for you if you ask and if they are available.Nothing really definitive, but...hmm...I guess I'll stay there next time.
