Please please please do not book with this property. I have made a very bad decision by booking this property on Agoda because it was rated 5 Star. When I went to google reviews and saw how a lot of people had bad experiences with them, I decided to cancel it. The cancellation policy is not full refund. Hence, I did not get full refund EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT EVEN STAYED AT THE PROPERTY. They are also very sketchy and suspicious because they will ask you to confirm details outside of the booking platform which I have never been asked to. If you are a foreigner, please avoid to book this place because they have a hard time understanding you. They also is not proactive to help you and you basically have to figure out everything on your own. 0/10 I would NEVER recommend a single soul to even book here.

Please don't fall for this scam ! We waited a whole night outside the building and then inside the lobby after we found out the passcode for the main door. Mr. Enzo didn't wrote the email that contained the passcode for the lobby and for our room. After 10+ hours and multiple tries to reach out to him, we didn't got an answer, so we cancelled the whole stay. Never ever again ! Oh and he didn't lock a single door and left money on the counter 🤨 we are good people so we don't take that but there are certainly other people who would take it.. | the photo shows our room for the special Enzo experience ! 😎

Easy self check in, at arrival we found out that we had to pay tourist tax which we find weird because this wasn't stated in the price overview. Location was ok in overal, neighbourhood was quiet but the beds were a little bit on the hard side imo.

I found this place clean and super comfortable, I booked through booking and it was written clear that there is a 6000¥ fee to pay to clean, people who put 1 star should learn to read before booking.The room 101 is very big, quiet with fridge, AC, dehumidifier and also free private washing machines! There's also a little courtyard perfect for smokers, self check in and check out where very easy and the communication with staff was good, what can I ask more?

Big enough for japan*bathroom big enoughBUT*nobody to talk to, it is all through email*dust on furnitures*They left us ikea plastic kids plates, cutlery, and cup to use?! Am I supposed to put boiling water from kettle in it?! Of course not*the floor not clean, still head hair and someone's else pubic hair on the floor...!*bed frame awfully noisy! Creaking so loud when we sleep and move. Could not sleep.*your hairdryer is not safe!It sucked my hair in and burnt meCleanliness and safety are a minimum.

Agoda gave their price for this place but unbeknown to me they directly took the price quoted plus the local taxes from my credit card. In the room they insist thst you pay the taxes, which I left behind upon checking out. So they craftily took the tax payment twice. The first matress I slept on was also full of bedbugs so after getting numerous bites I had to change to the other bed available. The level of communication with the management is almost zero.It's a shame as the place has loads of potential, but poor management.So just watch out.

It was a scam! Especially if you are not Japanese (nor speak Japanese), whomever replying guest are rude, doesn't bother to even try to help when guest confuses on the booking and payment. Firstly we booked family room for group, and later they asked us to pay more because it's more than 2 people, after disputing this, they charged our credit card twice, to make it even worst they canceled the reservation the same day we supposed to stay with reason that the payment didn't went through. The payment did goes through, and there's a proof they refunding it afterwards. If you can't run hospitality service, then don't scam people.

Room itself not bad, spacious for 1 or 2 and Value enough for price . The terrible is the person who chat and message. How could he/she run such and service which need empathy and problem-solving skill just like this one. There is no Omotenashi (Japanese service mind) at all. I stayed in hostel which it's cheap and service/host was so friendly. No human at reception, you can only chat or communicate through chat. Reserved from Agoda and it was my nightmare at there. Owner or host would need to consider to adjust thir operation/management.
