so so for that price. It's a bit less clean and a lot of the paint is peeling off. It's just not well maintained so it's a bit scary at night ๐๐ป the lighting is also lacking. The breakfast food is so so delicious and there are very few choices. the swimming pool is a bit dirty too. But the air is fresh, it's called Puncak. But if it's another play area like a park, that's fine."

The room is clean, the room key uses a card so it's safer, the service is friendly, polite and responsive... the bathroom facilities are clean and function well, especially the water heater so you don't get cold with a cold atmosphere, modern style but affordable prices, perfect for holidays ๐ recommended ๐๐ป

ordered the superior triple bed, the room was spacious and comfortable, clean, the facilities and service were okay, but unfortunately there was no bathroom mat or tissue (there was only a box of tissue๐
) but it was recommended for a family holiday๐๐ป

The rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, fragrant.Hot water etc. everything runs normally.Got a deluxe room on the 2nd floor.Friendly service .The room rate is quite affordable.The view is cool.There's no AC but it's really cold.Good, recommended anyway.Next time we go to the top, we will definitely stay here again

Booked via Traveloka for 397 thousand for a deluxe room without breakfast, the next day when I checked on the same application with the same type of room for 336 thousand I already got breakfast, whether it's a hotel game or an application, even though that price is not bad if you don't get breakfast.Room: quite complete but no tea/coffee, the sheets are dull like they haven't been washed and make your skin itch when you sleep, the swimming pool is not clean, there is moss inside, there are only 3-4 local TV channels.Service: okay but there is something lacking for 1 woman which in my opinion needs to be improved again.Location: a little bit inside, not on the side of the road in front of the hotel, there is a stall, maybe this is a former sports hall, because it's funny, at the entrance to the hotel there is a karate statue.

Sorry, I'll tell you about beforelack of resortsWhen we came, it was already raining,Initially I arrived at 2am, but from 12am I came to the resort to confirm first, they said the room wasn't ready yet, so we went out to eat first, when we arrived at 2am, the room wasn't ready either so we were asked to wait for about 15 minutes, then when it was finished delivered to the room we got Bougenville room 3 (according to the order), when we arrived at the room it turned out that it had just been mopped, the floor was still clean, we checked the room, in front of the bathroom there were still traces of tissue that had been thrown away too much, the bathroom door was rotten at the bottom and the handle the door, so you can only close it using the slot, the water hole in the bathroom is not closed, so I slide it myself, I see that the sink pipe is not in its position, so the water goes to the floor, then the bedtub has changed color a lot/looks worn out, we open the cupboard, it smells uncomfortable musty,then the pillow smelled of someone's hair oil, we were still trying to survive, right in the afternoon at 5 o'clock the rain got heavier, at first it was still safe, it turned out it had been raining for a long time, I saw that there was a small hole in the ceiling of the room, it turned out it was dripping and then it hit the bed, we moved the place we were sleeping, so that it wouldn't hit the bed, we moved it around 19.00, when we moved it, it turned out that under the bed it was really dirty๐, so I felt like looking at it, and the last time at 20.30 we saw big earthworms coming in, wow with all these trials, finally we decided to check out at 21.00. Oh yeah, we had time to go swimming at 5 in the afternoon, but we didn't want to shower in the bathroom provided there because the bathroom was dirty so we just showered in our room.the advantages are, the view is really nice, shady and neat, we didn't have time to go there to play in the playground, because it was raining, the place was wet, the room is big, has 3 beds, a bedtub, 3 pairs of slippers, 3 towels, there is a dining table, cupboard, water heater, TV , sofa, friendly receptionist, friendly security guard.

Ordered a standard room for 4 people, was disappointed because the standard room building was outside, next to a resident's house. But the service is very good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, complete toiletries, you can get slippers and tissue, fragrant towels, fragrant mattresses and blankets, breakfast MasyaAllah, lots of menus ๐
