We (myself, husband, mom, and younger sibling) stayed at Hotel Keihan Tsukiji Ginza Grande for 8 nights. The rooms were on the small side- as to be expected in a bustling metropolitan area, but were well appointed. The bathrooms were very nice, great views, and blackout shades to get a full night’s rest! Our only complaint was the beds were on the hard side for our American backs. Hotel breakfast was an enjoyable start to the day. Staff was above and beyond helpful with any request including helping us get taxis to the airport on our last day. FYI, check the drawer for the laundry bag/ list if you are hoping to have clothes laundered, much easier than the communal machines. Easy access to transit, shops, and dining.

During my stay, I noticed some concerning practices regarding hygiene. The cleaning staff placed the trash bin on the mattress while changing the garbage bag, and afterward, they placed fresh towels in the same spot. Additionally, when changing the bed linens, they used their shoes to kick the new bedding that I was supposed to use. I believe the hotel should pay more attention to maintaining higher hygiene standards in these areas.

We stayed one night at a base for sightseeing in Tsukiji and Tsukishima. 1 minute walk from Tsukiji Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. 10 minutes walk to Tsukiji Outer Market. Tsukiji Honganji Temple is within walking distance. It took about 5 minutes by bus to Tsukishima. There were a couple and three children in elementary school. With 3 beds, the room feels neither large nor small. It was clean and comfortable.Although we were on the 13th floor, we could see the Sky Tree in the distance.I felt that the accommodation costs were reasonable for being in Tokyo.

Really happy with our stay here. Room was super clean and they were changing towels etc every day. There is also a small gym (only cardio machines) and generally it is pretty central in ginza and close to tsukiji station. Really happy overall and can recommend.

Prices are high and rooms are small. But overall it's good, clean, convenient and quiet. I would recommend it to family and friends. In a triple room, the luggage of three people can only be half-opened and placed upright (the aisle can only walk across the luggage). The pillows are on the soft side. The wet and dry toilets are separated (one toilet, one bathroom with a bathtub, and the sink is outside the toilet), so there will be no conflict when traveling together.Pros: New hotel, quick check-in, English speaking, close to the subway station.Toiletries and bathing supplies are next to the counter in the lobby on the first floor. You can get them if you need them.Environmental protection policy: If the room does not need to be cleaned for consecutive stays, a bottle of water will be given per day.

No omotenashi at all. Staff wouldn’t greet us, pretend we were not there, and started laughing amongst themselves. I’d say good morning, hello, and no one would respond. A shame for the Japanese standards.
