If you just want to sleep somewhere other than an internet cafe, I think it's worth it at this low price in this day and age.The room was about 3 tatami mats in size and had a set of futons, a TV, and an air conditioner. It certainly has a Showa era feel to it, but it was well-cleaned, and although the futons were old, they didn't feel dirty or uncomfortable at all. There was a large public bath, so I didn't have to go to a nearby public bath. If you use the public bath, you can rent towels for a fee (50 yen each, about 100 yen for bath towels). The room I used was on the first floor, but I could hear the sounds of other users (microwaves, vending machines, etc.) until around 24:00. If you are sensitive to sound, earplugs are a must (lol)

This hotel is not friendly towards foreigners and has a bad attitude. Via → I'm a tourist, but since I can't speak Japanese, I asked a friend to make a reservation for this hotel for me, and since I'm a foreigner, I booked with my English name → So I can tell that I'm a foreigner, but I don't like foreigners. If you are not good at it, wouldn't it be okay to refuse from the beginning? For example, if it was ``Sorry, we can't accommodate foreigners because we don't have an interpreter,'' we would of course cancel the reservation, but they hadn't contacted us at all, and on the day of the stay, the person in charge said, ``Why can't foreigners who can't speak Japanese stay here?'' "I'm here to stay! I'm angry, do you know?" I was surprised. It's a hotel, right? It's a service industry, right? With this attitude, I can't check in, I can't cancel, I have no choice but to stay at a friend's house, and I wish they would issue me a certificate of accommodation when I check out, but after my friend called an interpreter, Person in charge: "Yes, I understand." On the day of check-out, the person in charge said that he could not issue a certificate because he was not staying at the hotel, which is outrageous, but he checked in and collected the fee. Why can't I show my certificate? I was just a tourist, and the shopkeeper's attitude made me think I was an international spy. The above has been translated via Google, but some words may not be correct, so please forgive me.

I was surprised when a cockroach suddenly appeared in my room. I have often stayed at other business hotels, and I think the toilets are cleaned thoroughly. It's a minus 1 because I can't go up with my shoes on.

He always takes care of me. The location is convenient and close to the station. The pillowcases and sheets are new, so there are no issues with cleanliness. It's a shame that there is a curfew (12:00).

A cheap hotel in Nishinari. A once smug town. Near Shin-Imamiya station. There are vending machines everywhere that sell Kan coffee for 50 yen. The rooms are private and have wi-fi. An inn that backpackers will love.

There is a curfew. If you don't understand the so-called "smugness" and have never stayed in Minamisenju or Kotobuki-cho, I think it's better not to stay here.Whether it's comfortable or not depends on the guests next door or on the same floor. It's a good idea to bring earplugs even indoors as the noise is very loud. You must lock your room when you leave the room, even if you are using the toilet.Since it's Nishinari Ward, there's the unique cough of an elderly man, loud voices outside with some people in black, the frequent sirens of police cars and ambulances, drinking karaoke parties during the day, bicycle hell, old men calling out to you, and places with little foot traffic. I recommend this if you can stand the strong ammonia smell. If not, don't skimp on accommodation costs and choose somewhere other than Nishinari.
