It can't be helped that it's a little old, but the prices are reasonable, it's close to the downtown area, and it's relatively quiet at night.

It's located in the downtown area, so it's convenient when going out at night. There are no inconveniences for business use.Although the building is older, it is kept well-maintained.The downside was that the Wi-Fi was very weak.

This business hotel is conveniently located at the entrance to Kawabata, the second largest entertainment district in Tohoku. The room was not large, but it was comfortable.

An old-fashioned Showa era hotel.Although it's old, it's kept in good condition, so it's fine if you're just staying the night.Because it is old, the unit bath is narrow and the shower feels cramped. The water pressure was about this level, and it wasn't too weak.Amenities are minimal. If you're used to chain hotels, you'll want a little more, but it's nostalgic that this was all you had in the past. It's close to bars and other nightlife areas, so if you check the opening hours, you won't have any problems getting a meal.Since the convenience store is far away, we recommend purchasing before checking in.

Approximately 11,000 yen per night. I often use hotels for business, and many of the hotels in Tohoku that cost over 10,000 yen are quite clean. However, the equipment is quite dilapidated. I can see that they are trying to clean and keep things as clean as possible, but it seems like they are not keeping up.The old dark stains, the UB door, etc. have deteriorated considerably, and the water from the bathtub is difficult to drain. Also, for hotels in the price range listed above, the breakfast would be reasonably good, but this was just barely enough. There aren't many items and the taste is not good.I thought that with this quality, I would have to pay 7,000 yen.If I were to pick a positive point, the staff were very responsive and provided pleasant customer service. However, most of it is probably a room.

When I stayed there, it was almost full and there was no space in the parking lot, so I had to pay extra. Please be aware that parking is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Although it's far from the station, it's nice to have a paid parking lot that requires reservations. The building is old, but it was well kept. It's a hotel after all, so it's very dry.

The location was pretty good for my purpose. As a room for sleeping, I don't think it's a problem.
