It is very close to the zoo station, and Tsutenkaku and Megadon Quijote are also nearby, making it a great geographical location for tourists. The location of the accommodation itself is in a dark alley next to the market, but as mentioned before, the nearby facilities are good. The room was clean immediately after entering. While I was staying at the accommodation, I heard the sound of other rooms being cleaned, but judging from the fact that they were cleaning for quite a long time, it seemed like they didn't do it haphazardly. What I like. I was worried that the bed might be uncomfortable because it was just a mattress placed on the floor, but after using it, it was quite comfortable and the electric cord was located close by. The air conditioner's performance is good, but it emits a unique, uncomfortable odor when it is first started. It feels like it isn't used often. The microwave was also ordinary and the size of the refrigerator was somewhat disappointing. It felt a little smaller than an ordinary mini refrigerator. Even when used by two people, I felt it was a bit lacking. Don't even think about putting a large water container over 2L. As you can see in the picture, the bathroom is narrow, but it drains smoothly and does its minimum job. Unfortunately, the soundproofing is at a miserable level. Even though the next room was not directly next to the wall, but was separated through a hallway and a door, we could still hear each other's voices. If someone passes by on the street outside the room, the sound you hear is a bonus. Also, it was disappointing that the Wi-Fi was periodically disconnected and reconnected. What I said earlier may seem like a pretty harsh review, but in conclusion, it wasn't so uncomfortable that it was difficult to use, and I really liked the accommodation in terms of price and location. I would like to use it again when I visit again. However, there are about 4 rooms, but there is too little reference photo information on the reservation site. The homeowner must attach additional photos.

Nice apartment with good facilities. Hair dryer, washing machine, kettle, refrigerator, microwave were available. The bathroom was very small but functional. The kitchen was very large in proportion and the beds were good. The neighborhood is a bit questionable but a Train-Station and JR line station are right nearby.

Conveniently located near JR and subway stations. Donki was nearby and I was able to do a lot of shopping. Great cost performance.
