Check-in time: early September 2024Number of people staying: 2 people#Transportation: It is located next to Shin-Imamiya Station on the "Nankai Electric Railway" and "JR Osaka Loop Line" along Osaka Kansai Airport. It can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot. The location is convenient. The JR station is near the west exit. There is no elevator and there are a lot of stairs. Therefore, it is recommended that passengers with large luggage take the Nankai Electric Railway or take a detour.#Environment: There are abandoned hospitals and garbage dumps nearby. You can occasionally smell urine and it is a little dirty. There is no problem when entering the hotel. Although the hotel is close to the station, there is little noise when the windows are closed. In addition, there is a FamilyMart convenience store and a 24-hour Tamade supermarket across the street. The hotel does not provide bottled water, so you can buy it here; it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Don Quijote, Nanyangdong Shopping Street and Zoo-mae Station.#Facilities: The accommodation space is very spacious for 2 people (the room occupancy limit is 4 people, which may be a bit crowded). The room is equipped with an IH stove, microwave oven, small refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, etc. If you want to stay for a long time No problem at all. What's special is that before checking out, you have to pack your own garbage and throw it to the centralized area on the first floor. This is somewhat similar to Airbnb. The location is very close to the subway station. The facilities in the room are all available. You don’t need to carry clothes for too many days. After washing in the washing machine, the bathroom can be dried the next day with a heating room. It is a good choice for family travel~

Police station is at the conrner near the Wellstay, very safe.Extremely easy self-check in and out whenever you arrive or depart.Email response of service enquiry replies very fast.Equipment provided very user friendly and entire as home.

Basically, our family spent 6 days in Osaka, relying on the above transportation.2. Shopping: Within a 10-minute walk, there are Tamade Supermarket, FamilyMart, LAWSON Supermarket and Don Quijote.3. Food: Within a 15-minute walk, I highly recommend Dumpling King. It’s really delicious. For breakfast, walk a little further to eat at Matsuya & Nanamo. These two restaurants are diagonally opposite and both are delicious.4. Accommodation: I personally don’t think the sound of the Nankai Electric Railway mentioned by netizens is very obvious because the sound of the air conditioner in the room covers it.5. Impressive 1: The operating interface of the TV, regardless of the Japanese language, looks just like your own TV. Just log in to NEXFLIX&YOUTUBE and you can directly watch the network in the room smoothly. The measured speed is about 50-60MB, and there is no feeling when four people use WIFI at the same time. to delay6. Impressive 2: The drying mode in the bathroom. You can wash clothes before going to bed and hang them inside. The clothes will be dry at dawn. It’s really useful.7. Disadvantage 1: There was a bit of dust in the room. My son kept sneezing. Stayed in a quadruple room. This was my first time staying in an unmanned hotel. I did not receive the room number and password when I checked in because the information was incorrect.Immediately use Line to contact customer service to correct the information. After receiving the room number and password, the check-in problem is quickly solved.There are a lot of homeless people near the hotel, so they walk to the opposite side of the station to avoid the homeless people, but there is a police station opposite the hotel.There are four single beds in the room. There is a microwave, electric stove, tableware, washing machine and bathtub. The room is clean. There is a tram stop nearby but the sound insulation is good. You can't hear the sound of the tram.The location is close to Shin-Imamiya Station and the transportation is very convenientThere are convenient supermarkets and even Don Quixote in daily life, making purchasing very convenient.It is also close to many attractions, such as Tsutenkaku Tower, zoo, etc.
