No complaints, perfect!Although it is a capsule hotel type, the beds are not vertical, and there is a wall across the width of the bed. The ceiling is so high that even if you hang a dress on a wall hanger, it won't touch the bed. It's very easy to change clothes etc.At the end of the room, there is a mirror, a desk (approximately 20cm deep), and space to put your feet in, so you can do your makeup in the room! It's great that you don't have to fight over the bathroom sink. The desk is small, so I don't think it's suitable for computer work (in terms of noise). You can put your luggage in the gap in front and behind the bed. The door to each room is a curtain, but there is a small lockable drawer under the bed. I didn't know where to put the large carrying case, so please check. (Luggage storage service available)Pajamas and bath towels are available for a fee, but there was no shortage of amenities. Each room, toilet, and common area were all very clean.I would like to use it again.

It was very clean and easy to use. However, the air conditioner didn't work and it was extremely dry, and the remote control for the light bulb on the vanity was broken so it didn't work, and the light bulb was so hot that the temperature in the room rose. The coin laundry was easy to use, but you can only use 100 yen coins and it costs 600 yen, so you need to be prepared.Utsunomiya Station is bigger than I expected, and the scale is different from other areas, so it takes more than 5 minutes to get there.

It's cheap and the location is good. Enter by unmanned check-in. There is a large luggage compartment with a lock under the bed. The water area is also clean. You can also drink water, coffee, and tea.It was a perfect hostel! thank you very much!

1 The room will be cold without heatingThe walkway is heated. I really want to sleep on the walkway😭2. The water from the bathroom shower head will stop. When the water stops, you have to press the switch again before the water will flow out. The water volume cannot be adjusted. No other problems

I stayed here a while back, as it was during the coronavirus pandemic. I was an idiot because I thought it was so cute that I could take it easy. When I was staying there, two women (friends) were already staying there. The two of them stayed for a long time and got along well with the female staff members, which was fine, but they were too noisy. Since the door is replaced by a curtain, I thought it would be okay to hear some voices, but the problem is at night. I couldn't sleep at all because of the children's loud voices. When I secretly complained to the female staff on the phone, the two of them told me that it was too noisy, even though I was in the room! I was angry. At that time, only me and the two girls were there, so it was obvious that I complained, but I don't think people usually complain in front of the person making the complaint. I felt awkward and wondered if it was my fault. Rather than being angry because those two people were noisy, it seemed more like they were angry at me for complaining. Later that night, we talked and he suggested that I stay at a different hotel. I'll give you my money back. They also suggested that I move rooms, but I thought that was completely pointless. I can hear it no matter where I am.I started to feel awkward, so I apologized to the two girls and the staff member. The staff didn't make eye contact and said in a low voice while looking at their computers, ``Yes, I'm sorry.'' It said. The female staff members were not always there, so if something happened, you could call them by phone. I had earplugs, but they were of no use at all, and the only option was to sleep with earphones because of the loud noise. Even so, I was only able to sleep for about two or three hours.I wanted to leave right away, but at the time I wasn't working and had family issues that meant I couldn't go home. In the end, I had nowhere else to go so I spent a few days here.I thought I shouldn't complain even if it's noisy here. But I should have just put up with it and stayed at a different hotel right away. I'm sorry.
